I’m about purcheasing your theme. You’re saying that I will find only one demo ready to use???
Currently there are two, classic and agency. However please note that our classic demo has many pages. And the Agency demo is a completely different style. A lot of the themes you see that have dozens of demos are not really that different from one another. Many of our pages in Avada Classic would be considered different demos in that respect.
However we are adding more soon, each of ours will be a unique industry specific demo.

Where can I change the size of the image on a single post page. I know where to change the size of the featured images on the blog page, but not where to change on a single post page.

The featured imasge width and height are on the post page options, below the content field. Those fields there will change the image for the single post page as well as for the main blog page (unless you are using blog grid or timeline).

I’ve recently bought Avada and the theme is Beautiful. I’m not great with the technical stuff and had some silly problems (created by myself)
The Tech Support is FANTASTIC .. the guys are patient and kind and have explained things in a way that even I could understand!

Thanks for a great theme and for great support. This is so far the best theme I have worked with on Enovato.
I have just installed the latest Gravity forms Version 1.8.19 but it is not compatible with the Fusion Builder in Avada v.3.6.2, since when the plugin is active, I cannot use the builder on page/ post level. It´s simply not there.
Any comments on how I fix that?

Currently you can add a custom social icon in theme options > social media. Add it there (all the fields) and then you can use it all throughout the theme.

1. Can we mix and match different style e.g homepage version 1 with version 9 ?
2. Is Megamenu and revolution slider cross browser compatible?
3. Can we add one more navigation bar?
4. Can we customize the short code manually or does some of them require visual composer?

1. Yes the demo pages you see are pre-built pages that you can use to get started, you can take from them and combine if you want.
2. Yes we support al major browsers.
3. You can use the main one and then the top secondary menu with headers 2-5
4. You do not have to use our page builder, you can use our regular shortcode generator and edit them manually on the page
5. Yes
6. This is hard to answer due to customizations. If you are only using our built in options (theme, page, shortcode options) then no it will be fine. If you customize the code and add your own, we cannot guarantee that since we do not know what you will add. But if its done right, it should not be an issue. But we unfortunately cannot guarantee that.
7. Hmm I’m not sure I see an auto scrolling. Do you mean the sticky header? Can you elaborate on this one?

Hi, i have 2 big problems: 1) i can’t turn Last Column settings in page builder to yes!
2) error with LayerSliderWP: i have this error: [LayerSliderWP] Invalid shortcode.
I bought your theme 1 years ago, and now, with no updating or editing, shortcodes doesn’t works! I tried everything: update theme to the last version, disabled all plugins, etc etc, but i still having these two errors!!
Please help me, is an important site for an important client!

1. Are you using the latest Avada, 3.6.2? This should not be a problem is so.
2. Check that the shortcode is correct, it has to have the correct id of the slider. It should be this [layerslider id=”113”]

They are trying to help you and more than one person has checked the site and it works. That is why they say to clear cache. Because it works for us on your exact site. The only thing it could be is cache.
Please follow up there with comments, that is where we can assist you. Posting here as well only makes it slower for us to respond as we have to answer in two places for this one topic.

Hi, it was impossible that worked for you because the problem was that my hosting provider upgraded php to 5.6 version, but your theme doesn’t works with this stable version!!
So now i downgraded to 5.4 and now “last” column works!
Problem with slideshow not resolved: i can’t see layerslider, it doesn’t works in any page.
I respect you, and yours work, but if you take 10 hours to respond me, and you respond me “clear cache” it is quite frustrating: i’m a developer, not a fisher! So i know something of programming
Hmmm its not impossible, we are also on PHP 5.6 and the theme works. Something else had to be different, but that is very possible due to differetn server configs.

If you do not, it is absolutely a cache issue. Please follow up in your forum thread.
And I think you are missing my point. You were told to clear your cache because it did work for us. The fact that you are a developer has no relevance on the situation. We checked it, and it worked, so cache was the only explanation. That is why you were told that.
In addition, you did not wait 10 hours, it was less than that. But even so, 10 hours for a reply is very, very good.
Hi, now works fine, i downgrade php to 5.4 and now everything work fine!

The “Page Content Top Padding” on page level doesn´t seem to work when you set it to say: 40px.
Is there a global value or a logic, that I am missing here? What are the general thoughts ob this one from your perspective?

Hmm that works on our end. The default is 55px, if you set it to 40px then it should be 40. There are also global theme options on “styling”: tab, and the individual page/post options that will override the theme option.
Can you check those two areas to make sure your config is correct?

I have a request for the next update. Would you please change the functions.php file so that for every function the conditional statements “if ( ! function_exists(” are being used?

Yes we can do this, however it will not be in our next update as it is closed to anything new and is in testing stages, but we should be able to get it in the next major update after that.
