The “Page Options” function is not displaying on my website. “Full Width” template does not appear under template options either. Is there something I should have enabled?

Hmm well the full width template is not included anymore since we have a new setup. Use the default template and do not choose any sidebars.
Do you mean the page options box is not showing? Can you please signup and post on our forum so we can take a look? If that does not show you may have a bad install or other issue going on that we would need to see to help diagnose.

Hello, i wonder if i can add 4 logos on the header with “Featured on” mark(If it can be responsive,it will be much better)
If not,any suggestion to display “Featured on “with logos on the page?

If you need them to be separate image files then it would take some custom work as right now we only have a field for one file. Or you could put all 4 logos into one file, if you did that then you can easily place that on any header. And yes it will be responsive. If you place them all in one file, make sure it is large so it sizes down properly also and is still legible.

Hello,i put “featured on ” mark with 4 logos as 1 image.the size is 855 × 70 .if it’s not proper what is your recommended size?
If i sum up ,I need to put my own main logo(left side of the header)+1 image file which contains ”<featured on> with 4 logos(next to main logo)” on the header.

If you need to put your main logo on left, then another logo on the right you will need to use header 4 layout which offers that flexibility. It can be done with that layout.

1. Yes you will have full control over colors throughout the theme
2. You can hide the date meta information from theme options, as well as other meta items.
3. Yes you can, but the single license that Themeforest sells requires one single purchase ($58) for each site you use it on.

Hello again – work is well underway with your terrific theme, but I’ve got a few things I can’t work out how to do … if you’re able to assist it would be greatly appreciated! My website is here in a test area – http://www.webfactory.com.au/testsites/gypsywillows/
1. The Button font on the Home page isn’t utilising the same font as selected for Menus and Headings. Any way to fix this?
2. The Font for Widget Headings in the Footer isn’t displaying the same as heading font selected in Admin. Any way to fix?
3. Is it possible to change the color of the Testimonial Name to white so you can read it?
4. Is it possible to easily reorder items in the Slider Shortcode and Checklist Shortcode? I assumed you would be able to drag and drop to reorder but it doesn’t seem that you can. Am I missing something?
5. The Revolution Slider images on the Home page don’t appear to be responsive when viewed on the iPhone. I have ‘Auto Responsive’ selected in the admin, so not sure how those images should be displaying.
This is certainly a theme with amazing functionality, which I can imagine purchasing many times over. I look forward to your reply.

What we are going to do is add a page option to disable the form on the contact page template so you can easily use a form on that page template.
But creating a new page works just the same. The google map can be used and at full width but you need to make sure you are using the 100% width page. Use that page template, then isnert the map and it will be 100%. Then for the rest of your content, just make sure it is inside the full width container, which contains it to the site width.

Thanks, but I need a Sidebar on that page, so how would I do that if I’ve set 100% width page? I’d like to use your Contact Info Widget in the Sidebar, which doesn’t seem to be available as Shortcode to use in the Page Builder. I think a page option that would disable the form on the existing Contact template would be a lot simpler.
Hmm yeah the 100% width cannot have a sidebar. Is there a reason why you cannot use our contact form? Do you need more fields?
Right now the builder does not have a widget element, they can only be used in sidebars, but that will change at some point.
However you could simulate it by putting main content in a 2/3 col and sidebar content in 1/3. The contact widget is really only text that you could add in the column with regular elements. I know that is not the easiest setup but it will work until we add new ability.

Hi! I just have a quick pre-purchase question, regarding the responsive qualities. Is it possible to have a particular home page for web/desktop versus mobile/tablet? The reason I ask is that I notice your example home page 8 does not work so well on (my iPad) tablet. More or less the fusion full screen “slider” does not move – the green pain essentially remains static. Just wondering if this can be overcome by selecting different variables for mobile home page.

Hmmm no there is not an option to have one on desktop and one on mobile.
Home page 8 is working as intended though. The video on that page is a self hosted video, and mobile devices do not support self hosted videos, so they only display a preview image. This is a limitation of the mobile tech, all themes will be the same. The only video that can display would be a vimeo or youtube video.

I have strange “0 likes” in very thin strip on the bottom of the home page. nowhere else. I am b=not sure how to get rod of that:(. also the logo is not visible on tha smartphone:( My clients is pressuring me to get the website dome in 2 weeks…these are the last things that just will not work with me:(((. That is not coming from our theme, most likely it is from one of your plugins. Try to turn them off one by one (clear cache each time) and find out which one it is.

But I think what you experienced was that it can also be fixed with a second save. So the first save will not change it, but a second save will.

This is more or less a cry for help!
An important part of the AVADA theme is to be ‘MultilingualReady’ and it states the be compatible with the WPML plugin(s)
I know that the WPML plugin is not part of the AVADA theme, but I believe Themefusion should be informed and involved into this topic.
Since version 4.0 of WordPress and the WPML versions 3.1.8 and its predecessor many things do not work anymore and halt my project since weeks.
Have a look at their support forums check for example for
- media duplication - Fatal error: Allowed memory size of xxxxxx bytes exhausted
I had the ‘memory size’ issue and it took them weeks to update to the current version wich fixed this problem and now I got a new problem where I can not set up different language sidebars on the different language pages. And WPML support tries to tell me that that is by design. It did work before the updates! Now it is broken.
We run a little hotel and I am working on a multilingual web page for it. My project is on halt since weeks because of these problems and no solution in sight.
Propably some input from ThemeFusion to OntheGoSystem the maker of WPML would help.

Avada is compatible with WPML and we work with WPML directly to ensure the theme is compatible. But even with that, if they release a new version that has a bug, there is not much we can do about it but wait until they fix it.
The issue of images duplicating and memory failure was a WPML bug but they did fix it in the latest version.
This new issue you are bringing up about sidebars we have yet to hear about and they did not tell us that anything was changing in that realm. We’ve not had any users bring this up either, but we did have the memory/image issue brought up by many and told them to update to the latest WPML to fix it. That was a few weeks back.
You should be able to easily select a different sidebar for each different page/language. Please signup at our forum and post a new topic about this sidebar issue. Please include the link to their support forum where you asked this question and they gave you that answer. We can investigate it and use it to discuss with their dev team about what is going on with that.

I checked with the sidebar. But I can not change a sidebar in our pages that are Spanish or German translations. Only when the WPML plugins are deactivated. Then I can change, it ‘sticks’ and works. As soon as I save a page with WPML activated it drops back to the sidebar of the main language (English). This behavior/bug is new.
You are right that WPML fixed the memory problem, but it took them weeks if not months. And now I got an new problem and am again blocked with this new problem. I am in an endless loop since weeks with WPML problems.
I opened a support thread at the ThemeFusion forum, lets see if we find a solution:

Thanks for opening a ticket with us. We’ve not heard of this bug with WPML and they have not notified us either. We can and will take a look for you but if its a WPML bug all we can do is notify them to fix it. We’ll find out for sure though.

Are you using a small screen? The button is there but it is below the terms window. We are looking into this and will have a solution, but for now can you zoom out on your browser window to see the button and accept? All browsers allow you to zoom in or out, if you zoom out you should be able to see the button.

I’ve been trying for days to set up custom sidebars on certain pages… I’ve deactivated all plugins, but no matter what I do when I select my custom sidebar in the page settings it doesn’t show up… the only thing that does is the default. My page template is set to default but nothing. Anyone else having this issue or have any clue on how to fix it?
I went to post this in the actual Avada support forum but I can’t seem to get in as the site is covered in an “agree to terms” overlay but there’s not a button to accept the terms so It’s pretty frustrating!

Hmmm have you checked the global sidebar settings in theme options > sidebar tab? If those “activate global sidebars” options are checked for pages or posts or anywhere else, then they will show no matter what page options have.

If the issue persists we can take a look at it in the forum once you get in there. But I’m pretty sure its the global sidebar issue. If its not, then please double check any customizations you have made or if using child theme turn on parent theme to see if it persists.

Hi This theme is Awesome! Pretty Self explanatory. Love it! Can you assist please? I want to set a custom page (which I have created ) to appear every time 404 occurs. SO instead of default 404 Page view, it should show the page that I have created. Is it Possible?

Also, another question. Is it possible to replace avada with avd or any other name so it is not obvious to clients that avada theme is used? This is a beautiful theme, I can definitely see this on mid size corporations. However, this template avada can be an obstacle. Basically in the source code ” Avada ” Appears. May be you guyz want to have it as avd or anything that is not obvious enough.

For the 404 page, you would need to replace the one we include i the theme with your own custom one.

I have includes a URL in the “Custom Marker Icon” field in Theme Options, like so: http://domain.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/map-marker.png
But the marker on the map in the header of my Contact page does not change.
I have selected “Custom Infobox” for styling and the marker is 40px square.
Any idea as to why this is not working…??

Hi, does your theme have the ability to handle users accounts? Meaning that I want users to make their accounts on which I will put specific content for each. More specific I want to make profiles with 5-10 categories , like: Name, Gender, Location, Education, and so on.Some categories will be filled by the user some by me. Can this be done with your theme? Thanks.

The theme itself does not really handle that, it would be WordPress itself, or for what you need I would suggest a membership type plugin. Hi,
We use Avada and of course the SEO Yoast plugin. It seems that the meta description in Google is still being taken from the text in the visual composer instead of the custom desc in the Yoast plugin.
Is there some option that might conflict, for example a built in SEO in Avada that I have to shut off first?

Hmm that should not happen. It could just be cache that has not been cleared yet, and it also can take Google time to reindex the data to show. If its not been 24-48 hours then please clear cache and wait. If it has, signup and post on our support forum so we can take a look at this for you.
