Hi I’ve purchased this theme 3 months ago and I absolutely loved it! I developed a very aesthetically beautiful and responsive website for my company with this theme, you can check out our website here – www.veritalife.com

However, the homepage banner isn’t loading or showing up at all. I’ve waited for more than 5 minutes and it doesn’t show up too. I’ve checked with my colleagues in the office and none of them can also see the homepage banner.

I’ve had troubles trying to update the theme, I really wish there was a “update theme” button. Anyway, I purchased the theme 1 year ago at about version 2 and now I want to update to version 6.

My wordpress site won’t let me upload the ZIP file, so I am trying to upload it with Filezilla. I completely removed the old one, uploaded the latest version to the themes folder and the home page is jumbled and all over the place.
