I saw there was an issue for bvisualNO found here where they resolved the issue by themself – but I am having trouble doing the same thing for fullwidth sections.

I have found a different way to fix the issue – but was just thinking it could be an option within the theme shortcodes to add a name or anchor that acts like an anchor should. This would reduce the need for extra html to be added to the page if it’s already a part of the shortcode output.

Hey, there is a bug in your booking calendar. This code only takes a look to the start of the event. So the duration and the end point of the event are not checked.
(I’ve removed the irrelevant code)

So it’s possible to have intersections with bookings …
I’ve found a lot more bugs (not translatable string “select” – tpl-reservation.php) and not changeable date format (d.m.Y) but it’s to many to post them all. Do you have a ticket system or github repo?

Hi there,
I seem to be having a similar problem to other users.
I am unable to change the body background colour using either CSS integration or edit through FTP.
Is there a specific CSS file I should be editing to make all page bodies have a background colour of 535453.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just as an update to the above. I would like to theme to be boxed with a custom image down the sides. So I need to update the body in the centre. I can update the menu and header area within the control panel but can’t seem to update the body.
Basically, it needs to be a dark theme.
I’ve reset the settings in the control panel.

I purchased this theme recently and am working on an Appointments page and I selected the Reservations Template for the page. After updating the page and then viewing the site I entered the required info to see how it works. Along the way, there seems to be an issue when I get to the “Choose Payment” part. There is no option of form of payment and I can’t find where I can input that information. So I can’t complete the appointment process. Please advise. Thank you.

I have added a picture on a page and I want to add hover and zoom effect on it, but to link to another page of my website. Please tell me how to that. 2. i have added a dt_sc_popular_procedure on a page and I want to make the picture serve as link point ( ie so people can click on my image and be redirected to a new page) please tell me how to do that 3. i have a [dt_sc_callout_box type and i want to write smth above the button . how can i do that? thank you very much

1) First you need to add the image in the page using “Add Media” option the editor. Now the image will be inside the editor. Just go to “Text” mode and you can see the html code of the image. Just add link to the image. If you need effects, you need to add custom css class for the image and add the css code in style.css file.
2) Open the file wp-content/plugins/designthemes-core-features/shortcodes/shortcodes.php and find the function dt_sc_popular_procedure and change the line from
$out .= " <div class="image"><img src="{$image}" alt="{$title}" /></div>";
to
$out .= " <a href="{$link}"><div class="image"><img src="{$image}" alt="{$title}" /></div></a>";
3) You need to edit the functin dt_sc_callout_box in the file wp-content/plugins/designthemes-core-features/shortcodes/shortcodes.php

i changed that line and this is what I got: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘{’ in /home/r32717coro/public_html/wp-content/plugins/designthemes-core-features/shortcodes/shortcodes.php on line 1996. i had to change back to original also I wanted to add link on the title in that respect. thanks

If I use DreamSPA page builder, then i can’t use html code. For example: i paste my html code into wordpress editor and save – everything is OK. Then I turn on dreamspa page builder and all my html code disappears. There is so important for me to use my OWN html code in conjunction with dreamspa builder, can you release a fix, please?

If you need to html content, you can use pagebuilder itself to put the html content. When you switch to page builder you can see a tad “General” and you can see “Add any content here” module. Just drag that module and clicking the settings button an editor will open, which works like the default wordpress editor. Kindly, check the attached screenshot.

I just purchased your Dream Spa Theme and for the first time in my life I can’t install the theme. dreamspa.zip is not uploading from the wordpress. Every time I try I get message: “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.” Have no clue what to do in this case.

1) If your wordpress uploader does not work. Please connect your server via FTP
2) Move to folder wp-content/themes/
3) Upload the dreamspa theme files ( the files inside the folder dreamspa)
4) Activate it via Dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes.

My wordpress uploader works, since it uploads any other theme but yours. I have a problem to establish ftp so this is really hectic process for something that suppose to be one click installation.
So I managed to upload your dreamspa folder through ftp yet after activation it doesn’t show any icon/image for the theme in the themes area. I uploaded through wordpress uploader child theme and there was no problem for upload and activation here. This one looks like is not missing anything, has an image representing theme but after activation things don’t display properly in your theme admin area (for example no active buttons to upload logo, etc) and after attempt of installing required plugins I get a message “Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.” I was only able to install 2 plugins. The rest of them fails. I need to move on with this theme or refund it so please contact me.

For installing the plugins, you need to have the “Parent Theme” active. After installing all the plugins you can then switch over to the child theme.

Permissions were updated. Host doesn’t see any problem on their site. They created ftp for you that I sent out 24 hours ago to your email. Let me know if you are willing to make this work without sending me back and forth to check different “maybe” issues. If not I will just apply for a refund and get another theme. I activated other themes and everything works within them so it must be a problem or compatibility issue within your theme.
I need to have the site up in time and can’t loose time on trying to fix this myself. I’m not a developer.
So far all authors I used were really responsible for their themes and if something would not work they would fixed it and give me a hand. They would even install demo for me to give me a quick start.
Please update me ASAP what’s your approach.

The permission issue from your side is not yet fixed. You just try to load this css file http://www.nailsandspa.ca/wp-content/themes/dreamspa/style.css. Are you able to view that css file? Don’t you get the permission error? Kindly, check the attached screenshot of the error. If that permission issue is resolved, then the site will be able to access the css file and it will work like our demo. We are here to help you always.

The file permissions are fine, a 403 can be caused by things beyond file permissions. I received help from the host and it was not related to it.

Good morning
I have running the last version of the theme 1.3 and I tried to make some adjustments from the Buddha panel but do not work properly:
1st – I tried to give the set 1/4 Column footer but get the style as 1/4, 1/4 & 1/2 Column.
2nd – When active the “Footer Settings” Footer does nothing when I change the BG Color Copyright Section, but if I try to change another option as the Footer BG Color (the option this before) if this one works.
3rd – When active “Disable import dummy content” to hide the Import Dummy Data button from the Adminpanel, does not work. I’ve been off eliminating the line 85 in the file “framework \ themeoptions \ settings.php”
4th – Other question: In the part of team I tried to put a different icon, eg “globe” to link to several web (external blogger) but I didn´t get to put it, if I can put social networks but no other icons font-awesome how do might get put icon “globe”?

PLEASE HELP!!!! I searched through your comments to see if I could find the answer to a problem I had with tabs and I found that someone( BvisualNO) had the same issue and had posted a solution that had worked. Hello! I’m having a slight problem with the template….
Dropdowns on the main menu do not seem to be working on tablets… (I’m on an iPad, specifically.) I tried loading the live sample on my iPad, and it happens there as well, so it’s not anything I have/have not done with my set up.

Hello, 1) I really LOVE the way the shop page is setup on your demo, yet I have no idea howe to set up the images in that way…help! Is there a tutorial or somewhere where I can get instructions on how to set it up the way you have it? 2) I also really love the gallery on the home page, but yet again have no idea how to recreate this with my own images. 1) For shop pages, just install the woocommerce plugin and after that you will have a notice at the top to “Install Woocommerce pages”. Click that and install the woocommerce pages. Then add products using the “Products” menu. Then try this url http://yourdomain.com/shop/

Thank you for the help…I’ve been able to get things moving along a lot…there is just one more thing I’d like to ask. Do the images have to be a specific size when I add them to the gallery? I watched the videos, which are great by the way, and was able to set up the gallery on the home page, but they don’t seem to be filling out the boxes completely…they go about two-thirds of the way and then its just empty space.

I can’t seem to find where I can remove the left and right padding (about 20 px each) around the header logo. I was able to remove the lower one, but the left and right: can’t find where to edit that.
My header logo needs to fill up the whole header space (boxed theme layout), and having those two 20-pixel-wide white sides is just not possible and makes it look really bad…
