I have to buy another license for my new site, but I have an issue. I had started to develop the site with my old existing license, how can I overwrite with the new license without lose the job that i have already done.
another question, where can I add some custom jquery code in the my child theme?

As long as you buy a second license and download the purchase code for it, you will be fine. There is not an overwriting of license, you just need the security of having both, one for each finished site.
For adding that code, I would recommend enqueue a javascript file from functions.php. That way it is its own file and you have full control over it.

I am considering your Avada theme for our site redesign and wanted to be sure we could achieve the basic layout we are looking for. I have put together a really rough mockup of the layouts we would like for the home and supporting pages. Can you look at my mockups and let me know if this basic layout is achievable. obviously we would want to change the highlight colors from green to our branding colors. I built this from screen grabs of you demo. The only item that did not come from your demo is the form so I am not sure if this is possible. The screens are at this link. I wasn’t sure of any other way to show them to you.

Yes that is easily achievable. The form box will need to sue the Free Contact Form 7 plugin, but all of that can be done easily.

Hi, I would like to change my wp-site to the theme avada. I want to take over the existing content (do not want to loose that) and want to important demo data. But not all. With the tab pre-built-templates in the fusion p builder can I import the demo data without loosing content? I mean make a page and then import the demo via tab pre-built-templates. So I can see on this page side how it works. I am very concerned about loosing/override my content. Tks for help.

The pre-built tab in Fusion Builder will import individual pages and does not touch any other content. When you use it, make sure to add them on a NEW page and not an existing one.
The demo importer will give you everything at once, settings, widgets, sliders, pages, posts, etc. So if you only want a few pages, use the pre-built page feature in Fusion Builder

Yes you can create forms with the Contact Form 7 plugin, or Gravity forms, both have our custom styles so will look like Avada. We have a built in form for contact page too if that is all you need, or use those two plugins above (Contact Form 7 is free) to build unlimited forms and place them anywhere.

It is about 7 days away, give or take but may be a few longer due to the national Thanskgiving holiday this week in the States. We are releasing one new demo with 3.7 and making more directly after that. The demos we make are more than just one page, they are industry specific and we’ve built them as a finished site would be, so they take a bit more time. We’re super close!

Most likely the last= value has not been set, that will be auto set if you are using our builder.

Unfortunately we need to have you signup on the forum to assist and see what is different about your setup. The theme license requires a purchase to use, your teacher should not really be giving it out though, unless he transferred the license to you. In that case, use the purchase code to signup at the forum and we can help

Hi, great theme, I have set the Main Menu font colour and mouse over, which carries through to the sticky header…
I have a dark background on the sticky header and want the text to be white, which is different from my main menu font colour of dark grey. Can this be achieved? Maybe a little bit of shortcode to make the sticky header font colour white.

It can be achieved but only with custom CSS as we have one setting for menu text color which carries through to sticky. We can help direct you on the support forum, signup and post a new thread there for us

I was playing with my website a little and wanted to know how can we hide the main navigation since I already have menu show up on header top, so that way the main navigation won’t appear on the image while header transparent is on.

Pre sale question:
I was looking for a theme and found the “organic food” (link removed) theme and I liked the look of it for my webpage. Then I found “Avada” and love all the possibilities and powerful options and the great support the reviews comment. Here is my question: Can I get the look of “organic food” with your theme?? I like the rounded corners on the buttons, boxes and portfolio and the rollover effects on them (animation for “poping out” with rollover). The effects are “smoother” (slow) Can I control that on your theme without lots of code writing?? since I don’t know anything about coding. It seems it is made with “essentials grid” plugin. Does it works with Avada?? Would it look the same as the Avada look for the rest of the site?? My page is for a Landscape Design and Garden Center. Do you have similar clients that have used your theme?? Can you send me the link to their pages?? Thanks in advance for your time and help

Yes that design can pretty much be done, style wise. You can do something somewhat similar but it is always hard ot compare another theme exactly. There will be some differences. We do not have popup rollover effects and the animations are different. Those types of things could be changed but would require custom coding.

Do you know what has changed? Did you add anew plugin or do an update? This may just be a permalink issue, go to settings > permalinks and make sure it is set right for what you want and click “save changes.”

Hello,
I am build a page with Fusion Builder and I want to have a full-width dark background and a text inside. Besides when I chose a back color It doesn´t work also.
I selected the text box inside “Full Width Container” but It doesn´t look full-width.
In “Theme Options” I set it as Wide and 100% but doesn´t work even.
I have my purchase code and I opened an account on support page but It doesn´t work for me. Actually I find so difficult to get a solution.
Could you please reply asap because I have wasted so much time so far.

If the box is not full width, then you are not using the 100% width page template. Make sure it is set to 100% width in page template: http://theme-fusion.com/support/documentation/avada-documentation/#page-item-266474
For the color, are you using AVada v3.6.2? If so please apply this updated file: https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/avada-3-6-2-page-builder-issues/
