When view site from mobile (Iphone 4s, 5 and Samsung) with vertical or horizontal view, the responsive menu at the top right is not working properly.
When click menu then the dropdown menu show but I could not scroll down to the end of menu and could not click its sub menu under the end of menu. They are not let me scroll down. This problem was happen before and your supporter fix by disable Sticky Navigation For Mobile. I have try but it didn’t work.

For some reason I cannot log in as admin on this page.

Your error insinuates your theme “SoulMedic” is not coded properly.
Since you are using a premium theme (which we cannot support here on WordPress.org), you’ll need to seek support from the theme author: http://themeforest.net/item/soulmedic-flat-responsive-medical-health-theme/6282832/supportAnother issue might be a plugin that is incompatible… which is not allowing the theme to load properly.
If you cannot log into your WP admin account… you’ll need to use either an FTP program or you hosts cPanel to gain access to your file directories. Once there, navigate to the wp-content’ directory. Look for the directory namedplugins; and rename it to something likeplugins-fix`.
This will cause all your plugins to deactivate… which may allow you access back into the website.

May be you would not have done the wordpress upgrade properly. Just download a fresh version of wordpress files and upload the files through FTP and check your admin page. Because we are getting an error in pluggable.php which is usually caused due to incomplete wordpress upgrade.

Use wp-login.php instead of wp-admin – http://dermreview.co.za/wp-login.php “headers already sent” – ERROR occurs in “wp-config.php” file. So check open close php tags(i.e <?php ?>). Also remove unwantd space in this file.

Hi, I’m looking a nice and feature-rich themes for my Dental Clinic and I think your SoulMedic theme will be one of the shortlist. I like the layout and its shortcodes collection.
But I want my website to have a Timetable page to display doctor’s weekly schedule in a Timetable format. I also need my website footer to have a dynamic Twitter feed.
I’m afraid I miss some observation on your theme demo, so does this Theme provide those 2 feature mentioned above ?

Hi. After applied the new theme soulmedic update on 22 November 2014, I have a problem to keep my custom changes in style.css in soulmedic folder. For example, I added new entries in style.css: BLTHGreen20 { font-family:’Lato’, sans-serif; } BLTHGreen20 { color:#7AA127; font-weight:bold; } BLTHGreen20 a { color:#7AA127; } BLTHGreen20 { font-size:20px; line-height:normal; margin-bottom:10px;} and use <BLTHGreen20 > tag in my Home page. It was OK before applied the new update. But these tags are missing in the Home page code. I have added these in the new style.css file. But when I add these tags back to my Home page (in Text tab) and click Update button to save changes, the Home page code screen changed from Text tab to Visual tab, and when click Text tab again, the changes with these tags are missing again. Previously, when I open a page to edit, by default it opened in Text tab. But after applied this update, the page opened in Visal tab by default. Please help to fix this bug. Thanks!

1) Please don’t try to update the core style.css file which is not recommended. Try to use child themes. Create a child theme folder and make the css changes there.
2) The problem you said with visual and text mode is not an issue.

The style.css file is within the template folder soulmedic. Here are the instructions from your support regarding how to apply the new theme update:
1) Download the theme from themeforest page. 2) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it. 3) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already. 4) go to wp-content/plugins/ through ftp 5) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/ 6) Then Login to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. Thats it. Now you are updated to the latest version.
According these steps, the style.css file is replaced when the soulmedic folder is replaced by the one from the update downloaded.
How to use child themes?

Go to style.css from child theme directory. And paste your custom css codes to this file. Then Activate your child theme. In this case, your custom code will not affect while updating theme.

If you update font awesome icons version, issues will fix. Kindly, follow the steps listed below.,
1) Download the latest font awesome files from internet
2) Go to Theme-directory -> css and replace following files – font-awesome.css and font-awesome.min.css
3) Go to Theme-directory -> fonts
Replace following file – FontAwesome.otf, fontawesome-webfont.eot, fontawesome-webfont.svg, fontawesome-webfont.ttf and fontawesome-webfont.woff

Kindly, update our theme with latest version and check the issue. Follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.

I’m having some issues with my posts. The posts do not seem to be responding correctly to the selections that I have made.
On my ‘News’ page which is the title for my blog page – http://jeremyabsher.com/absherneurology/news/ – I have set it to 1/3 column and yet it is only one column. I have set it to ‘Disable Author Info’ both on this page as well as in the individual post itself and yet it continues to display the author info.
Finally, one of the posts – the one on alzheimer’s – the featured image isn’t showing up – it doesn’t show up on the home page where I have the recent posts shortcode nor on the news/blog page but it somehow shows up when I select one of the categories that it is in -http://jeremyabsher.com/absherneurology/category/diagnosis/
