Testing the contact form using [ninja_forms_display_form id=1] on my contact page and the emails arrive fine but the text from the message field doesn’t appear in the email.
I’ve allowed comments on the page, but can’t get the message to appear in the email.

Should be a variable you can add to the emails.

Have you had any other reports on overload to server when adding up and cross sell products (when the product is being added)? We have been experiencing that when putting those up sells on the product page.

On category page where all my products show up, the next page button nor arrow button doesn’t work. URL seems change when I hit “2” button, but it will stick at the URL. Is there any setting I need to choose?
FYI Configuration is WP4.01 + WC2.2.8 + Flatsome2.05. No file modified.

I figured out the cause of no work of next button, which “&” is translated into ”#038;”. This seems to be classic issue… But I have no idea which file I should look into of theme. Can you help please?

Since the last update of woocommerce, it’s impossible to create account for users. I replace my old theme 2.0.1 with the last version of the theme, but the bug still there.
In my admin panel, Woocommerce says there is a problem with a file : flatsome/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php

Hi, How does the product photo cropping work? I would like it to crop differently, where are the settings for that? At the moment the product photos are just showing half of the product (cropped).
Hi there, the photo cropping is handled by Wordpress and WooCommerce, you will probably need a plugin to get more control on how your images is cropped.

I’ve tried every possible way to Filter navigation (you know to filter attributes like sizes, colours etc), however, its not working at all. For example. If I click “Extra small”, it still shows me all products.. even a product with the two sizes (small and medium, the other attributes are deleted).
Any idea what could be wrong?

It’s not WooCommece as it’s working with other themes…The filter is not working at all, kinda pointless to have it then

But on your demo site, when I register an account, it takes my email as username (before the @) and when I’m in I’m unable to change the username. Is it possible for me (as a customer) type in a preferred username upon registration along with email and password?

Hi UX, Great theme, but…, there is always a but eh! I emailed you on Thursday last week and have no response. My message was through your page on Themeforest so it did not save. Basically I was asking if you have a fix for the search feature? You can see the error on your live preview when you type men in to the search, http://flatsome.uxthemes.com/?s=men&post_type=product, go to page 2 http://flatsome.uxthemes.com/page/2/?s=men#038;post_type=product and it displays blog posts not page 2 of the search. Remove the #038; from the url and replace with & it displays fine. The previous version did not suffer with this problem, can you please provide the fix ASAP? Kind regards Pete

Hi there, I’m sorry, but that’s how the banner grid is designed. The banners will stack on small devices. You could try add this to Custom MOBILE css: .ux_banner-grid-new .small-12{width:50%}
