Hi, For some reason the featured items of my website are displayed with a very low resolution. http://www.pepperandjoy.com/le-studio/ I’ve check every pictures and the resolution is ok. It looks like it’s coming from the summary page showing all the featured items together. This is a new issue, this was ok before and I haven’t change anything regarding the featured items.

Could you please help me with this?

Hello UX-themes, Normally I buy from Sara_p due to how many themes she has and how she keeps theme updated. My only concern is, since this is your only theme on theme forest, wondering if it will always be continually updated.

2 Questions:

1) How long do you plan on updating this theme since it’s getting dated?

2) Do you have any new themes in development?

halo, i love this theme, Can i change this [ Add to Cart ] Button Text or replace other GFX?

I’m loving this theme and I think it’s the best out there for woocommerce at the moment, but I’m experiencing a big problem at the moment.

I cannot place subcategories of products under a menu item. They all appear at the same level instead of subcategories in the menu.

How can this be fixed? Someone have a solution for this?!

I’m using the most current versions of WordPress and WooCommerce and just installed the most recent version of the theme, but I’m getting the warning message that some of the theme files are outdated, and I can’t check out using the credit card option, though PayPal works.

Hi, I’m have issues with the sliders / banners shortcodes. I’ve have them working ok, but I am now getting a problem where a blank banner is appearing in a slider.

There are 3 banners in the slider, but the round button nav shows 4, ad the last one is blank.

I have looked at the code in text view and removed all spaces / checked for stray code that might but causing issue. There is nothing I can see, and I have tried creating the slider and banner from scratch but still get the problem -

Do you have any ideas?

In search results the 1st page of results show in a different format than the rest of the pages (2,3,4, etc). For example if i search for “ADIDAS” the first page shows this: http://www.athleticoutlet.gr/?s=adidas&post_type=product and the next ones show this: http://www.athleticoutlet.gr/page/2/?s=adidas#038;post_type=product.

What can be wrong and how do i fix it?

Hi, I’m using the Flatsome child theme. My child theme css is working fine, but I would like to edit some other files in my child theme.

When I create inc/shortcodes/blog_posts.php in my child theme folder it is not overriding the parent file – any ideas why?

But I’m facing 2 problems:

(1) I changed to catalog mode and later reset back to normal mode. Ever since, registration form on My Account page doesn’t work. But it works when i register on checkout page

(2) Email notification not going to customer from day 1 of setup.

Please advise
