I am thinking of using this theme as a real estate site. Do you have a demo of this theme for real estate?
How are we able to customize search filters? I would need to add minimum – maximum price, minimum-maximum bedrooms, minimum-maximum bathrooms etc.
How can this be done?
We got your message and haven’t forgotten about you, things just got a bit busy with the launch of our new theme “Listify. I just wanted to come back to you quickly and let you know you will get a reply from us but it might be a bit longer than we usually do, sorry about that!
Cheers! Adam
Hi,
First of all, great theme!
Can you just give me a short hint how the Woocommerce Booking plugin is working with the theme.
For example, is it possible for the listing owner to change booking times?
Thanks!
Keeping in mind that these questions are more to do with WooCommerce Booking + Product Vendors and as we aren’t the developers of those plugins have some what limited knowledge.
But!
The listing owner can manage the availability of the booking times, from within the WordPress / WooCommerce vendor management backend.
More details on WooCommerce Booking + Product Vendors can be found on the respective sales pages.

Oh btw: there is a free vendor management plugin for WooCommerce that you guys might want to check out if you haven’t already, not sure how “decent” it is, but its worth a look: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-vendors/
Cheers! Adam
Does this work with Visual Composer if I added it on?
We use widgets in our themes to build pages, i.e. the home page, listing pages are controlled by custom widget areas and design elements can be arranged in any way you wish. This replaces the need for Visual Page Builder plugins.
There are tons of different designed widgets to make up a different design on the home page, listing pages, and blog pages.
Next week will be featuring a few customers sites who have customized the theme, so look out for that.
Cheers! Adam
Just wanted other people to see that I’m supporting this theme 100% – best I’ve directory theme I’ve seen for a year – one that combines front-end design, functionality and a developer takes ideas and implements them. There’s only a couple or few people can do at a time, there’s plenty of time to see future developments – so just keep suggesting ideas to further build this fantastic theme.
Yes! lets keep the suggestions coming, we are very passionate at making sure our themes / plugins can solve a real problem and customer feedback makes or breaks a product, if we don’t understand what people need then we can’t give them what they want!
Thanks for believing! Adam
Hi,
Do you have login details to test?
Cheers…
Create an account, post a listing, is all possible without login details.
You can even process a payment using the following details:
In test mode, you can use the card number 4242424242424242 with any CVC and a valid expiration date.
We do not have a backend demo at this time.
Cheers! Adam
Guys, fantastic theme as usual.
Is it possible to assign categories (with related urls) and give multiple access?
Example: a restaurant chain opens a master account (www.listify.com/pizzahut). A PizzaHut London restaurant owners wants to post its listing – can he do under www.listify.com/pizzahut/london ? If so, how the access would work – independent or will it depend on the master account?
Thanks for your help, Maschera
Hey there,
There are two ways you could do it:
- Use a master “PizzaHut” account that would have multiple locations listed under the single account.
- Have a master “PizzaHut” account with a single listing and have all other locations create their own accounts to list “PizzaHut – London”
I think the first option would be more ideal though.
Spencer
Thanks Spencer.
In case we go #1, can I grant access to each owners only for their listing and still remain in control of the master account?
Unfortunately a listing can only be assigned to one user account so you would need one master account that would control all listings and only one user account would be tied to the listings.
Ok, will do that.
I’ll abuse your kindness – are you aware of any plugin (unless it’s already possible with the theme) that can include a calendar and so filter by upcoming/past events based on dates?
My client wants to make Listify an event kind-of-portal.
I believe WooThemes is releasing a Events plugin for WooCommerce we will support this plugin in our theme so that vendors can post events, and allow customers to purchase tickets.
Not officially supported in the Listify theme but you might want to check out:

Thanks
Thanks guys, appreciated
I have a question or a recommendation….. can you make the listing work for a real estate property that way on the description would display the details about the property like how many rooms, car garage for how many cars, how many bathrooms and square footage and so on? Thanks
another question… can you make visual builder compatible with this theme?
I see you have answered everyones question but mine, why is that?
Hello, sorry for the delay, I wanted to formulate a correct answer for your question. You can use the Field Editor addon (plugin sold separately) to add additional submission fields such as number of rooms, square footage etc, and FacetWP (plugin sold separately) to add custom filters for the additional fields.
Cheers! Adam
Amazing theme
Is it possible (through update or plugin) to have a “location/gps icon” that automatically locates the user and finds nearby listings?
Okay- I just noticed the “location icon” you have. Is it possible to customize the look- colors or change icon image or move it elsewhere
Hey there,
The look and icon can be changed easily with a bit of extra CSS, and the location can be changed relatively easily with a bit of Javascript. Where would you like to place it?
Spencer
Thanks for the response, at the moment I like where it is and the look but down the line I am thinking it might be nice to be make a bigger more prominent button at the top of the search criteria

Is it possible to require users to create account before being able to Post Listing? It only seems to be the Normal Procedure to Adding Listings, particular long form listings!
There is an option see screen shot to only allow posting of listings once a visitor has an account.
Cheers! Adam
Hot Theme. I have a project start.. Wonderful Job!
Great Job!
How did you get WP to accept an SVG as the logo?
Hey there,
We use this super simple plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/svg-support/
Hope that helps!
Spencer
Hey ! Could this be used to list people ? Like personal trainer or teacher ? Thanks!
(without the map)
Hey! Yes, the map is completely optional (on the homepage and results pages) as there is an option in the theme customizer to only display results.
You’ll have to make a few edits to remove the location search field if you don’t want to use that at all; or you can use FacetWP to filter listings instead you can have even more control.
Spencer
Would this be able to handle non-location-based listings? For example, listing the best wordpress themes (like listify!) for example. In other words, no map is needed.
Definitely! The map is completely optional (on the homepage and results pages) as there is an option in the theme customizer to only display results.
You’ll have to make a few edits to remove the location search field or you can use FacetWP to filter listings instead you can have even more control.

Hello,
Great looking theme, I’ve been waiting a long time for this!
Now to the point, would it be possible to run the theme with only WP Job Manager and Simple Paid Listings?
Yes that is possible
You can see all of the compatible plugins here: http://listify.astoundify.com/article/481-currently-compatible-add-ons
Cheers! Adam
Hello , beautiful theme!
Do you have a date for when it will be possible to differentiate the plans ?
Ex: Free Plan : just phone and address.
Premium plan : all the resources …
Thank you !
We have no exact timeline. We are trying to work with Mike Jolley (the author of WP Job Manager and WC Paid Listings) but we can’t say a time or if it will even happen 100%. Be sure to follow us on ThemeForest and Twitter to stay up to date.
Spencer
hey man, with the woocommerce groups? this is possible? thanks!
Not sure about Groups, never tried the plugin, what does it do? could you explain what the plugin does and how it would interact with WooCommerce and Listify?
Just a simple question: is it possible to let vendors sell their products through listify on their own vendor page? If so, how is the built-in support? Do I need to code stuff?
Selling is not top priority. I just need them to showcase their products.
Hey there!
With WP Job Manager – Products (https://astoundify.com/downloads/wp-job-manager-products/) you can link WooCommerce products to listings. They aren’t displayed on their public user profile but that’s definitely a cool idea we could add in the future, and wouldn’t be super hard to add yourself if you needed right away.
If you want vendors to submit their own products you’ll want to look at the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin that allows users to add their own products via WordPress.
Hope that helps!
Spencer
Would definitely be cool if the products can be added to the public profile.
Maybe next update?
Yep, its something that is being added.
Cheers! Adam
Thanks for checking out the Listify theme the “last directory theme you will ever buy!”
We are super excited for the launch of this product and we think you’ll love it as much as we do. If you are looking for details on the theme check out our sales page and also our theme documentation.
We always love feedback and questions and all those “Good luck with sales comments” so keep them coming
Please don’t hesitate to provide us with feedback on features you’d like to see as we want to listen to our users and give them what they want if there is a large enough demand for it.
Cheers – Adam.
Great response to the theme so far! Keep those suggestions and comments coming!
holy banana! OMGGGGG, love the design. Do you have any other demos of the design with different use of colors?
We will be adding a customer showcase in the next few days that will show off the different color schemes/features, you can get an idea of how it might look here:
Hey there Adam & Spencer -
Thanks for yet another beautiful, unique, innovative and fantastically functional theme – looks amazing and the integrations are super exciting as well.
A quick paragraph or clarification may go a long way to helping identify how some of the integrations are being used in the demo for those of us who want to buy the additional plugins/extensions – but aren’t 100% familiar with which Woo extensions/plugins serve which purpose for emulating (or exceeding) the set up in the demo.
For example – I looked through the plugin docs on your support desk – and don’t see anything about WOO product vendor or bookings extension in the plugins section – although I see where you mention it in the comments thread for allowing members to build their “book” through a listify powered directory – and assume it will allow our members to upload their own products – and book their services – through our directory.
Of course I understand that Woo has product descriptions for each of their extensions – but just a wee bit of extra insight on how specifically Listify integrates with the extensions you list as being active on the demo – (much the way you did with the EDD marketplace bundle and Marketify – which we purchased, use and love) so that we know exactly which ones to buy and WHY – especially considering Woo is running a sweet Cyber Monday sale on some of their higher priced extensions that are being featured on the theme…..... adds some time urgency to the equation as well.
(I see Mike Jolley is also offering a cyber monday discount – and with so many different premium plugins and possible permutations – I’m sure lots of others sort of see the big picture – but might scratch their heads a bit on what to buy and why)
Understanding that everyone will have different needs – For us – because our communities are service professionals – being able to have folks purchase a recurring monthly membership (which most directory templates offer) but also upload their own products and accept and process real time bookings would be insanely awesome relative to how we do it now – that’s pretty much what it looks like Listify (and extensions) will be able to offer in an elegant and pretty package – just a wee bit more info on integrations/process flow – as you conceptualized when you picked for integration – would be awesome!
Hey! So glad you love our themes.
We’ll update the Item Details page, but here is a quick overview:
WooCommerce Vendor Products + WooCommerce Bookings allow users to become vendors and create products through WooCommerce and manage their bookings. Listify does not add/modify the functionality of these plugins much at all so what you see as advertised on WooThemes.com is what is available through Listify.
http://www.woothemes.com/products/product-vendors/ http://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/A custom widget for Listify was created to allow the booking widget or linked products to be output on the listings (using the WP Job Manager – Products) plugin.
WooCommerce Subscriptions + WP Job Manager – WC Paid Listings are used to create recurring listing packages that allow you to charge for posting listings. Subscriptions are only necessary if you need recurring packages.
For your case it sounds like you’ll want all 4 to allow users to be charged to post a listing (and charge recurring fees), become a vendor, and create bookable products to link to their listings.
Hopefully that clears things up!
also can we see the the bbpress integration live – just to get a visual sense of how the forum is styled? Can’t wait to play with it all :)
BBPress styling is ultra basic, I will remove that as a supported plugin as we have not done anything special at the moment.
Thanks Adam
it does – makes total sense and follows the flow I jotted down – and appreciate the extra insight!
Hi guys! Good job done! Long awaited by mny SF users
Thanks for keeping us updated with the news!
I have a pre-sale question. Would it be easy to adopt your theme for real estate listigs similar to this theme http://themeforest.net/item/reales-real-estate-web-application-template/9135762?WT.oss_phrase=real%20estate&WT.oss_rank=52&WT.z_author=mariusnastase&WT.ac=search_thumb
? Map based with posibility to change description fields?
Thanks!
ignored?

Thanks Adam! I’m just wondering, would you be able to make a screenshot on how Listify looks for the end user with plugins in action you mentioned above? I’m just concerned is it a good idea to buy Listify for real estate project. Thank you!
We don’t have a screen shot right now but perhaps if you email me I could get more information together and then send you some details on the theme and also get more feedback from you.
