Hello. I would like to know if Avada has been used with Userpro plugin (sold from code canyon).

We have not used that plugin ourselves, so cannot guarantee it. However it should be fine.
What do you mean by support multiple authors? Oh do you mean for blgo posts? Yes you can create as many user accounts as you’d like for your install and allow them to upload blog posts.
For the forum, did you create a new thread for your questions? That is how we answer queries, each thread is created then answered by our staff in the order they were received.

We are working with a developer using your template. In home page version 8 there is a bar with all the social media icons at the bottom of the page just above the footer. Is that a widget (or something similar) that can be set to appear on every page in that spot just above the footer? Or is this something that needs to be manually put on each page?

That is a shortcode so it would need to be inserted on each page. However it can be used in a sidebar or footer widget to show on every page that way.

We seem to have a problem with Google Maps shortcode. Whatever we try, it just doesnt show up on page. Even the demo pages downloaded with template show blank space. Avada version of 6/10/2014. Any idea what might be the problem? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, i couldn’t find an option to set as an image with text wrap,i.e. image on left and text around it. i just can see image frame and text container but when i combine both together it display image on oneside and text on other side, this way if my paragraph is too long it leaving lots of blank space under the left image. i hope you understand my problem. could you please let me know about it. If I have previously downloaded Avada for another site, can I install the same downloaded license on another site to test and if the client likes it can I buy another license but use the same install and just change the license ?How do I do that please?

As long as you are only testing then yes that is fine, when they decide to use it you will need to buy a second license for it before the site is published/finished online.

Hi there,
I want to create full width containers with background colour but the content/copy inside to be compressed to the center of the page. Like the home page of the demo? Currently my background color does not go full screen it is as wide as my copy. How is this achieved?

If your background color of the full width container is not going 100% width of the screen, then you are most likely not using the 100% width page template. Hello..I was previously using an earlier vesion of Avada on one of my sites and un-installed before downloading the latest (with the fusion site builder).
I now cannot upload the new updated version to my Wordpress account. I have contacted Envato and they told me to speak to you guys. The error I get is “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.”
How can I resolve this?

Are you only uploading the Avada.zip file? Make sure it is just that file and not the larger file that contains all the extra folders like PSD.

Is it possible to load an alternate logo into the Sticky Header?

Yes you can but it would require custom CSS as we do not have an option for a second logo in the sticky header, it uses the main logo from theme options.

I have reviewed other comments, suggestions and fixes in the forum but none have solved my problem.
I have 2 issues related to the Avada Theme menu in my second installation of wordpress (convert.venturehorizonstore.com).
1. I cannot add new items to the menu. The max_input_vars = 2000 was increased from 1000 in the public_html/php.ini file. Is there a second php.ini file related to my second installation of wordpress/Avada? I can add menu items if I switch to the wordpress Twenty Twelve Theme. I also tried replacing the existing functions.php code with the original. Did not work. When I check the appropriate boxes in Manage Menu locations and the Menu settings boxes at the bottom of the Menu Structure (Appearance in WP admin) they do not remain checked after saving. I also went through turning off and on all my plugins and still I cannot add menu items. 2. The menu will not show up at all on woocommerce product page.
So is my problem, a wordpress issue or a server/host problem? Please let me know what to do. Thanks.
