I’m not sure if it’s only me that for some weird reason when I over-scroll downwards, the website seems to like ‘flicker’. Maybe you could help me check ?

1). The home page grid slider only displays the top half after loading on IOS products, the bottom half loads a few secs later (Which is puzzling me ) on all devices but on the IOS (portrait) its behind other grid item?
Can the slider not load the full slide 1st rather than top half,,,wait,,,bottom half obviously for desktop users this is acceptable but doesnt look great but for IOS seem to be causing this issue, any ideas?
I used the grid fix for IE you passed over to a previous customer;
.ux_banner-grid .columns{margin-left: -0.1px;}

Hi, this theme looks great, but I have 2 more questions: - Does it suport multi-language? If yes, did you already implemented that header is automatically translated when language is chosen? - Can you create on each page custom sidebar with different content ?

1) Yes, it supports wpml.org
2) You need to manually add the languages in the menu, but you can use the wpml widget to do it automatic.

Hi there, they do work with Google, but YOAST SEO plugin can’t grab any info about it. You need to manually enter the metafields, or you could take all content inside the block, and add it to the page.

Another Issue, after adding a product to the cart using the pop-up from quick view the screen turns white with just a cero in the scream.

We’ve tried that with no luck … The shortcodes are broken, they previously worked and have confirmed that with you that they broke after latest update…. was just checking in to see if there was an update as we have around a hundred pages that used to work and are now broken ….. and have been so for a month or two.
Hi, then it must have happened when you updated to Wordpress 4.0 or something. We have not changed anything with the theme that should affect that. Does it work with another theme?
Not sure if wordpress update caused it or new version of Flatsome, but we can replicate issue on brand new install with only woocommerce installed .. shortcodes only work in posts and pages, not in categories, tags, product tags or other archives as they used to. We tag our products with a product tag of the company name … the product tag had the company address google map and a handful of other shortcodes …. those used to work in all archives but no longer work.
Ok, seems like WordPress has changed something, singe it’s happening on other themes also. I have tried google a fix, but with no luck. Sorry about that.
Maybe this is coming into play?

No …but we can replicate the issue on a brand new, default install with no plugins but woocommerce installed.

The Best Seller shortcode is not working correctly for me. I have a cancelled order which includes an extremely large quantity of a particular product. This order pushes that product to the top of the Best Seller list even though the order has already been cancelled. How can I make sure that cancelled orders do not affect the Best Seller list?

Hi, I absolutely love your theme. Some pre-purchase questions though. Does the theme enables banner space above the header category tabs to act as advertisement banners in the home page? And are there any demo homepages to suggest where we can place the banners for advertisements?

Hi sent you an email regarding removing the slideshow from the homepage for mobile screens. ux_slider_wrapper display none crashes the browser.
If anyone wants a quick fix, I found that this works so far: .ux_slider_wrapper .slider{display:none !important;} .ux_slider_wrapper{margin-top:-480px !important;} (or margin-top whatever the height of your slider is to push everyone underneath up)
