Sounds like the emails are being marked as spam. Add our support email to your approved accounts if you want the automatic email replies.

Sounds like you just need to bookmark the support thread in that case. All responses are within 24 hours (usually much quicker during the weekdays).
Previously you proudly blamed me, my negligence for filtering your emails to spam/junk, now you blame me for not bookmarking the thread.
I think we have a mis-understanding. I merely was helping you trouble-shoot if your e-mail was getting blocked. If you don’t get the notification in the forums, you will just need to bookmark the forum thread. I was just pointing you in the right direction since you were not receiving e-mails.

Hi,
Today I realised that the size of my site backup was increased dramatically. While I was trying to find the reason, I found out that 5 seperate thumbs are generated for each post I create. But I am using only 275 width for pins. How can I turn of the thumb generation for the other sizes and generate only 275px wide thums (only one thumb for a post)?

Yeah, WordPress is going to create 3 by default (Check wordpress.org if you want to disable any of these, they have plugins to do). If you wanted to disable any that are added by the theme, you can do so at the top of the functions.php file. The original image you add is going to be the largest file-size. The additional thumbnail sizes should not really add much in terms of site backup sizes.

I also discovered another problem. Recent&Featured widget on the left menu bar does not show any thumbnails for embed video posts, but you said I could use the theme for pure video sites?

Theme looks quite nice real good work. But I need inline playing. I am planning to use the theme only for video posts, mostly for embedded videos. I need to be able to play the videos inline instead of showing them as modal popups. Can that be done? Thanks.
Yeah, you can display videos inline OR with thumbnails. Either way is possible.

Can I remove the links that hover over the images/videos, like category label and that “list” icon and place them next to the post date and comments icons in the white area below the pins?
Another question: can I change sizes of the pins? Cause I see an unnecessary space to the right of the theme.
And finally is there a page where all the available customizations are listed?
1) Yeah, you can remove the icons over the images/videos easily. If you wanted them below the pins, that would be a customization. Mostly just some CSS modifications.
2) Yeah, you can control the width of the pins. You can make them wider or narrower.
3) Nope, we don’t have a page with available customizations listed. We are demoing most of the existing options built-in. The fixed header and various navigation options are the biggest options built-in. Along with color customizing.

1- How easy is ti to change the colors of the links on the top black bar, they are blue I want them to be orange like the main site color.
2- Is there a page builder in the theme where I can edit the appearance of the main page easily? Some kind of a visual page builder like some themes have.
3- Can I promote a post? Like displaying it at the top of the homepage with a bigger size.
4- Can I remove the top black bar?
5- Can I add a footer to the theme? Like in other themes for social links, latest posts, displaying text widgets etc.
6- If I bought the theme would you do some customizations for me? Of course I would pay extra for that. Should I pm you about this?

1) This color is easy to change. We have color pickers that allow you to easily change the color.
2) Nope, we do not have a page builder. If you wanted something like this, you can easily add it as a plugin. There are free and premium plugins that will all work with our theme.
3) Unfortunately this is not an option.
4) Yes, you can easily remove this bar.
5) The footer is in the sidebar. If you wanted one at the bottom, that would be a customization. We do not have a footer as infinite scroll does not allow a user to ever see the footer.

Gap on page content: We have maximum width set for page content. you can easily remove this if you want the content to span wider.
Gap on post list: The posts automatically display based on the browser width. If there is enough room, it will automatically add another column. If there is not room, there will be a slight gap. This can’t really be avoided because it’s based on width of the columns.

Adding share buttons on the index would require a third party plugin. We currently only have sharing buttons on the post page. WordPress.org has a number of social sharing plugins you could use.

Before purchase, can you tell me if you have any experience with the theme interacting with Brightcove video cloud streaming? Managing a finicky Intranet and looking for other SECURED videostreaming services if you have any recommendations for ones that play well with your theme.
We highly recommend Vimeo Pro if you are interested in a streaming service. The Pro version allows you a ton of control. Players with iFrames do the best with our theme. If the brightcove player embed code is an iframe, then you are good to go. If it uses javascript it may have an issue with the infinite loading.

2) An installation service is offered on all themes. It can be purchased after the theme is installed for $50.

Hello there, I’ve purchased this theme and I have a domain, cpanel, hosting all that. I also downloaded wordpress for the website. Now when I download the zip file in the new themes (in wordpress), after downloading it takes me to a white page, saying “no data recieved”.
One of the several times, it actually downloaded and then told me during installation that the css style sheet is missing and it cannot be downloaded.
what is this supposed to mean and What I’m I to do??
A few pre-purchase questions:
1) Is it possible to vary some/any of the colour elements of the theme by category, particularly for the homepage?
2) Is it possible to turn off the little post-type icon that appears on the homepage pictures next to the category label?
3) Are static pages widigitised and can they have sidebars?
4) Is it possible to vary sidebars for specific pages and categories – and, if so, is this done via code or the theme dashboard?

1) You can easily adjust most colors via a color picker. However there is not an option to adjust these via category. If you wanted to do this, you would need to add-in custom CSS. This wouldn’t be very difficult as each category and page has unique body classes so you can target them via CSS.
2) Yeah, you can easily remove the post-type icon next to the category.
3) All pages will have a wigitized sidebar as shown in the live preview. There is also a full width page template that can hide the sidebar by default.
4) Yes, you can have unlimited sidebars. This would be done via the theme dashboard.

Hi, I have question for you, is it possible to insert a tab for comments in yours theme? I mean if I want to read a comments I should push a tab called “reviews” like in this theme http://progressionstudios.com/themes-wp/?theme=Iceberg
Comments are built-in to the Bayside theme. These are the same as “reviews” in the Iceberg theme. They are just labeled Reviews instead of Comments. If you wanted some sort of tab, that would be a customization as it is not built-in.

I really like your theme and I would like to purchase it. However, before I do so, I would like to know if it’s possible to ‘hide featured image’ so that it still shows up in popular articles and on the homepage but not in the article itself?
