Hi can you let me know the process for signing up to the package / listing.
I want a potential client to enter their listing information and then pay for the right package … lets say they are an artist and they enter their profile information then they say they want the “artist package” and then they do the woo commerce checkout process..
have I understood this correctly?
My concern is that they can submit a listing without signing up to a package.
Or my other concern is that they’d have to buy a package before submitting a listing…
Both of which feel less appealing a funnel than entering their full details and then paying to confirm?

The process works like this, a user creates a listing, choose a package, pays for the package, then if the admin has enabled the option it will need to be approved by the admin.

another question , please: I want to create a site where only those who buy a product ( in my case a subscription ) , can ’ add a product in the list . Basically I would like the button “Submit Listing ” to appear ONLY when you have paid . You can ‘do this ?

If you have WC Paid Listings installed, when a listing owner creates a listing, they will be prompted to paid for the listing when submitting it to the website. The listing owner submits the listing then pays, not pays then submits the listing.

I am writing this, but I choose paypal as the primary method of payment: “Sorry, it seems there are no available payment methods which support subscriptions. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”
Use a gateway that support subscriptions http://docs.woothemes.com/document/subscriptions/payment-gateways/
The standard PayPal gateway does not support subscriptions. On our demo we use Stripe.

Where might I find the template files for the homepage search box (Search Your City’ area?
It’d be great to be able to easily ‘disable location features’ such as the map and locatin search-box fields, by the way as I don’t need to have a map or location for my listings. Thanks!
Just FYI – I purchased and have integrated FacetWP but no fields appear despite following the documentation. I have the right slugs listed in the ‘Customize’ fields, a Listings template in FacetWP, and everything. Here’s what it looks like: http://imgur.com/QlN6eMG

Hi presale question. Can I add amenties like cuisines? I mean create cuisine tag seperately And also it’s possible to edit listing detail page (one column for all details and right or left sidebar)
You can create any type of tags/amenities you wish to your site.

Hey again…. i saw read estudisimple’s comment about https://www.airbnb.es/ .... this site is very similar to this theme and it has some additional features that estudisimple pointed out that I believe it makes alot of sense even though https://www.airbnb.es/ is a real business in this listing industry.Take it in consideration because I too would appreciate to see some of their features in this theme.

I just installed woocommerce social login and create the app on each social media…. for some reason when Im logged off and I click on sign in the social media login is not displaying… any idea?

Is there a quick way to make the address on the listings clickable so that it will open up the google maps app on my phone or google maps url on my computer?
Not currently, but definitely a great suggestion. We’ll add it to the list for future updates!
Is it possible for users who want to claim listings to immediate pay for listings and be taken to the listing panel?
Although I think providing a form for users to send me an email a more automated process will be best where users pay upfront verse me emailing them and trying to sell them on a listing package.
This would be a great feature if its not already available.

I Know you mentioned you’ll only be answering those who purchased question first which is fair but based on my count you have alot of folks who are asking very sensible questions. I am not certain if you could put together a F.A.Q for Pre-Sale questions are possible a GRAND list of features on the Theme detail page.
Understanding this theme is in the early stage there are some basic things I think some potential users are looking for. Having Been a member of TF for almost 7 years something like those truly help sales. After all thats why themes are made.
I too am Very interested as a Owner of Jobify and Marketify, Seeing those Theme developed over the months I think providing more Detail or Pre-Sale F.A.Q again will be very Helpful

Is there a means to adapt theme so that the user profile itself is actually the listed item (by location , category) and that the business profile uses the “submit listing” function to post coupons / deals?
Also, another profile type (general user) that doesn’t post, but can review and collect discounts/ deals? Kind of like a coupon site.
I’ve been looking for a theme for an long going project and been having a hard time. This looks like the perfect theme to move forward with.
Can the above changes be implemented?
Hey there,
Currently only listings have associated geolocation data and are plotted on the map. While technically this would be possible to do there are no systems in place in the plugins used by the theme to do this and something else would need to be built.
A general user can register for the site and you can set your default role to “Subscriber” (a default WP role) and have accounts created through listing submission be assigned a separate role.
Can I hire you for such a customization?

Hello, I’ve downloaded and installed the theme. It’s really great. Although this, I’m a bit confused about what plugins do I have to use, depending on the way I want to use the theme. Let me explain you what do I want to do, and I will love you to explain me a bit what do I need to do it.
For my directory I want the little business from all around my country to go to the website, register ( Paying once, let’s say 99€, for 365 days access ) through Paypal, and then I want them to access to put just one item with all the information they want. So, 1 business, 1 item, for 1 year paid with paypal.
- If I want them to sell products into the item page, is this possible? Do I receive the money of any product bought?

It sounds like you need WP Job Manager – WooCommerce Paid Listings, WP Job Manager – Products, and WooCommerce Product Vendors.
This would allow you to charge to submit one listing for 365 days and have users create products and link them to their listing.

Issues?:
User login isn’t working for me after coming back after account verification. Simply takes me back to login cue after entering correct info.
Cart does not update when adding items/deals.
Are we talking about social login?
I think I got it working. However, the “reset password” process has had to be done each time upon logging in with same info.
The demo resets username/passwords it rolls back the database every few hours.
One last pre-purchase inquiry (most likely) :
- Is it possible to allocate two different profile types? One that utilizes listings for direct sales (and bookings with plugin), and on the utilizes simply for a quote/contact for their listing? i.e. no cart/payment gateway?
If this can be done easily, I will purchase it for sure!

Yes, this is possible. For the listing that does not have any direct sales (bookings, products) they would just not have any linked items so nothing would appear on their listing page. Then the contact form could just be used to get in touch with the owner.

Is there a way to null the option to “add to cart” And instead each listing had a “contact artist” link per listing instead? I’m trying to build a listing site for artists to list styles and accept direct contact to take custom submissions. I need the “quote” button to include the specific listing/product info rather than just a default general contact. But not utilize the cart system
I’m not sure whether this is the right place to ask this question. I created a form for claiming the ownership of a listing. I did it through NinjaForm. However, I have one problem with validating the content. When I click on submit the popup window will automatically close even though the values in particular attributes were wrong.
How I can correct it so the window will only close when everything is correct?
Answering customers who have purchased the theme before pre-sales questions as I think that is fair.
