If I add the option for showing logo in footer it adds a menu which I cannot delete or edit even though I have chosen to hide footer menu?

We do not have the option to hide the footer menu. You can remove the footer menus from Appearance -> Menus -> Footer Menu ( select) -> Delete all the menu items one by one and save the menu. Else mail your WordPress and FTP Login Credentials through the right bottom form @ http://themeforest.net/user/designthemes so that we can remove the footer menu for you.

I understand that but there are no items in the footer menu in the aprearance>menu section
So how can I remove the footer menu without having to remove the footer image?
also i have added services to the services section which is showing as dollars, how do I change this to punds ( I have changed this in woocommerce but this doesn’t seem linked _ and when gping to pay in the appointment page there is no 3payment option showing up

1) You can see the Footer Menu check box at the bottom. Just mark that checkbox and save the menu. So that the links at your footer will be removed.
2) Send us the page link where you need to change the currency value. Also in the reservation page, for the payment to work, just enter your paypal details in Buddha Panel -> Company -> Payment.

Do you have any documentation on the configuration of the calander tab and how this actually works. When a client books an appointment can they choose and cause double bookings or is there a way to avoid this?

Is it possible for staff members to add bookings in the backend? lets say the staff member only works tues and wed and are already have customer booked for say 3pm. This would then create a double booking if the form cannot be edited? thanks

HI, I have researched all your videos, your knowledge base has NO knowledge on the spa theme and when I email support I have NO response in 24hrs!. It has so far taken almost two days to figure out some of the home page features and clearly their is not enough documentation based on the themes core features. Most of us use themes to save time or because we can not code. Looking at your Gift card feature I would like to change the $ to £. I have changed this in the Spa Lab settings yet its all still showing Dollars!. Also when selecting the gift you would like to purchase the theme requests name, email and a personal message. Upon selecting this we are told that someone will contact them?? So how do we take payment for the gist card or is this simply an email form with a picture attached? Hopefully you will respond here?

We have already updated the theme on 18 December 14 updating this issue. Please download the latest version of the theme and use it. Follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) go to wp-content/plugins/ through FTP
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. Thats it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

2) We do not have that option in this theme.
3) Catalog pages shows the details of your business, types,prices, etc and the portfolio pages shows the image gallery of your business.

Also, I sent a request for a problem with the links on the home page opening up in a new window instead of normally loading the same page. An example, www.belle-medspa.com the reservation button at the bottom opens a new window. You had me go the shortcodes.php page and remove a line of code. That did not work. You them asked for ftp info which I sent. Never heard back.
