I am trying to build one page website. All is understandable but I need to insert a fusion slider on the home page…and it doesn’t work:(

In china , We can not use all google service , how to disable the google map and google fonts in Avada theme?Best Regards
For google fonts, make sure “NONE” is selected from theme options > typography. For the map, go to theme options > advanced and disable the google map script.

Hi,
Does the background images work only on boxed version of template? I am looking to get custom background images on each page but i do not want the content to be boxed. Is that possible with your theme?

Yes it is possible, you can insert background image in outer areas for boxed mode, and also for the main content area in wide mode. Both can be done.

You can do that per page, or globally/
Globally go to theme options > styling and next to the header background color is an opacity field. Enter 0
Individually per page, look in fusion options bon on header tab for the header opacity setting, enter 0

Yes we have awhile back. You can still use the shortcode, now called “post slider” but we did drop the main flexslider back in v3.5. We recommend using the Fusion Slider instead, it offers all the same features and a few more as well.

The theme itself does not need to be activated with purchase code, although you can insert it for auto updates: http://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/install-update/how-to-update-theme/
If you are referring to the slider plugins (layer or rev) then the purchase code you get does not work, it is only for the theme. The sliders only require it if you want support from them or auto updates for the plugins themselves.

We’ve not used that plugin so cannot say for certain, currently the theme does not offer a fixed sidebar, however it is on our list of features to add at some point. For now though, a plugin or custom work would be needed to achieve that. I’ve not used a plugin in the past that does that so unfortunately do not have a recommendation. Try to disable the other plugins to see if the one you are using will work, maybe there is a conflict.

i want to disable product gallery on my shop page only want featured images on display page but here is the problem both images featured images and product gallery image showing on mouse hover

Hmmm I’m not sure I understand. On the main shop page, the featured image will show first, and when you hover it will show the first image in the gallery. On the single post page, it will show them all in a slideshow form. You can disable the slideshow on single post page through the option on the Advanced tab in theme options. Outside of that will require custom work.

The link to the Changelog (at the bottom of the most complete feature list in the history of WordPress, lol) just goes to “More Reviews”. I also don’t see it on the support forum. Direct link please? Thanks!
I’m so sorry, we have been making changes to item page and made a mistake. It is fixed now.
Also for future reference, when you go to our online docs or knowledgebase, simply type in “changelog” in the big search field and it will take you to it. Just be sure to search from the documentaiton page or the knowledgebase page, not the forum page. The search field on the forum pages only searches the forum post.

Hi, I have over 80 theme purchases from Themeforest – a majority are Avada – 8 copies. Foe the next year I wish to make Avada my main theme – Avada being so flexible as well as versatile. The support is great, too. Is there any way I can purchase, say, 10 copies at a discount? Thanks Mohan

The standard WP gallery isn’t shown that well in this theme, so that isn’t an option neither.

That particular page uses columns and a lightbox shortcode inside each column.
This is four 1/4 columns with a lightbox element in each one: http://d.pr/i/1hkva
However you can sue the default WP gallery for that also if you wish.

Hey guys, all the custom maps on my theme have stopped working randomly. I noticed you were having server issues from some comments, is that related? And if so how can we resolve this issue? I have a theme i need to launch asap and this is the only item holding it up. thanks!
Updating framework seems to help the contact page map show, but the fusion builder shortcode map is still not showing correctly. :/
Issue resolved. Sorry guys. For some reason the fusion core update didnt come through until just now, and that fixed everything

I have a very frustrating problem. I purchased Avada theme today, only interested in the one page parallax. The problem is when I select this in the main menu it does not drop down like it should. When I go to menu in wordpress and select “one page parallax” choose original setting it does what it should do but then when I go to edit page and refresh the website, the main menu is static again. I viewed some tutorials on youtube, it says you should select page options and set the menu to “one page” as well. Unfortunately my page options look different from the one in the tutorial and there is no option to change this. Can you please help me out. This only took me over 4 hours and is still not fixed. I hope I am understandable, I am not native English
