You will need to sign into the Themeforest account that purchased the theme. Right now your “rosam” account does not show a purchased badge. So you may of used it with a different account?

I just updated Avada Theme to v3.7.1 and my menú went completely transparent.
In Theme Options, in Styling tab, I set “Header Background Color and Opacity to #ffffff and 1. The sticky header opacity is set to 0.8 and does work.
Then in this particular Page, in Fusion Options in the Header tab, I set the “Background Opacity” to 0.8 and as you can see, it works in the header, but the menu background is the one that doesn’t get the same opacity.

I already deleted browser cache and checked it on a browser where I had never opened this site before and menu background is still transparent.

Hmmm well the transparent header can be set globally in theme options > styling, and then the page option in the Fusion Options box can override that for each page.

If so that is a separate color setting and is not tied to header transparency. That is the “Header Top Background Color” from theme options > styling. Currently there is not an extra opacity field nexty to the color field,however you can still get transparency with it by using rgba colors. For example, copy this in that field, you may need to paste it twice for rgba to register.
rgba(255,255,255,.3)
That above will give you .3 opacity with #fff. Soon we will add more dedicated opacity fields to theme options so you will not need to sue rgba values.

Thanks for the fast reply. Actually I was not talking about the top bar or top menu, I was talking about the main menu which I circled in red here:
http://s8.postimg.org/4m8324d6d/tr_menu_selected.pngUsing Avada headers 1, 2 and 3, the menú opacity is the one setup in the header opacity, but in Avada headers 4 (which I am using) and 5, since the menú is below the header, I thought it should get the same opacity setting as the header, but it just becomes 100% transparent.
When I set the header opacity to 1, then the menu bg becomes the color I set up in the Avada settings.
How can I set the main menu background in header 4 to have the same opacity as the header above?

The menu on header 4 and 5 is separate and not apart of the header background. For headers 1-3, the menu is on top of the header itself, which is why that happens.
However, any color field can take rgba values as described above, so you could still use that method. Header 4 and 5 have their own color setting in theme options > styling.
This is hard to troubleshoot though without seeing the actual settings and playing with it. If you still have issues or need help, please post on our forum so our support team can check.

You can create a custom shortcode to do pretty much anything you need, but that will require you to do so on your end.
We love our Fusion Builder, it is what we include with the theme. It is built for Avada and our shortcodes so works nicely with the theme.
I’m not sure what you mean by promo shortcode but you can control the size with column shortcodes. And you can add any text you need for shortcodes that take text.

Hmmm I’m confused. the sliding bar in my screenshot is in the top right corner. It is the black triangle with the + icon in it: http://d.pr/i/1hJKw
That is the default setup, if you use boxed mode and sliding bar, that is where it will be.
The location of the sliding bar icon will move based on the screen size, so if you are on a smaller screen size, it is going to be closer to the boxed edge.
However please post on our forum so we can look at your site, we will have a better understanding of waht you are saying.

We’ve seen some on our forum but none that were submitted to us for the showcase. But the side header is very versatile and can create some very unique, beautiful sites. It has a width control, background image or color, border control and all content areas are available for it. We’ll be making more demos with it as well soon.
Oh and boxed mode with side header looks awesome too with a background image in boxed mode.
