Please make sure fusion-core plugin is installed and activated. If it is, then something went wrong during installation and you should try to reinstall. Hi, the shortcode for the blog grid is not working properly. There is no spacing between the posts. E.g. http://www.vfashionworld.com/blog. Is this part of the new version?

There is a new column spacing option, which you probably have set to 0. Check out that option and set it to the default value or the value you prefer.

Sorry to contradict you, but by adding that option to the shortcode it doesn’t seem to work, it shows the same layout. Also, in the avada shordcode list that option isn’t present. I have Avada 3.7.1 and I don’t know why it isn’t working. In theme options that variable is set to 40, but I think that is referred only to categories and not shortcodes.
Hmm the option definitely works as we use it daily. The avada shortcode list I linked above is not updated, I mentioned I’ll be getting it updated.
The theme option setting is for cat/archive pages, and for the assigned blog page if you are using one. The blog shortcode has its own setting.
Please generate a enw shortcode for blog grid and it should work. If it does not, we need you to post on our forum so we can look at your setup.

Ah then its easy, you are either not running Avada v3.7 or higher, or you have not udpated the fusion core plugin. That option was only added to 3.7 and up. And I’m 100% positive it is there: http://d.pr/i/11hFa
You mentioned above you are on 3.7.1, can you please double check that? Also if you are using a child theme, maybe the edits made are causing this. Try the parent theme to see.
Or, you have not updated the Fusion Core plugin when you updated the theme: http://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/install-update/plugin-installation/

I am planning to buy your theme for my hotel site and I just have a question. Would be great if you could clear them.
1. Does the theme as features like creating usernames and password. Like I want that some pages should only be visible to members and members can update their profile in these logged in pages.
That’s my only concern. Would be waiting for a revert.

1. Wordpress allows you to put a password on any page or post, so you should be able to do this by default. And you can create as many users for your WP install as you’d need.
If you do need more advanced features for users and privileges for each of them, you may need a membership plugin to manage that.

That is for WooCommerce plugin, so it is more for the online shop vs user profiles. You will want to use something else for user management of profiles. You could make them user accounts through your WP admin, but they edit the profile in the backend, not the front.

From waht we know, it will work with OP. We’ve seen some of our buyers use it, however we do not actively test it since we rely on our own page builder. But ti should be fine. But I do not have knowledge of thrive content builder plugin.

Hi! Loving the theme and using it for my website soon to be uploaded, and I’ve only ran into one issue so far! Is there a way to make youtube videos smaller on the mobile site? They overfill the page when you copy paste a link in and it creates the thumbnail which you can press play on (plays video direct to site) which is a brilliant feature on PC but not so good on the mobile version. I just updated to the latest theme 3.7.1 and now my home page and other pages that used the default page are showing a sidebar….
How do I remove that sidebar and return to a full page without the sidebar on a few specific pages that should not have a sidebar?
I am also running wp 4.0.1
Hi there, I dug a bit deeper into your new sidebar options, and see that pages can have a global sidebar 1 and 2. If I check the sidebar option for pages and select none for my first sidebar, that brings my home page other pages that don’t have a sidebar back to normal.
After that and unfortunately, I have several pages that use their own sidebar and cannot be shared by global sidebar 2 only.
So how can I have some pages with no sidebar, and other pages with their own individual sidebar with this new global sidebar addition?

There have been significant changes since 2.1. Plugins are no longer integrated, full width template has been removed due to the new dual sidebar settings, some classes have also changed.
Because of how many major versions we have had since 2.1, I would suggest updating it offline if you can. Make a copy and update it separately. Or just keep a backup of the current tehme folder in case you need to revert.
Anything that will come up, will only be a new setting or method or feature. We’ve made many improvements since then and some features were changed or removed if they were no longer needed.

Yes you can if you wish, there have been some changes from 3.5 to 3.7. One area to note is that dual sidebars were added so the full width page template is no longer needed. When you update, if you had pages that were using the full width page template, you may see a sidebar on those pages. You can easily remove that with our page options, or globally with our new sidebar theme options.

I’m wondering if it’s posible to combine a homepage with “one page scroll” and link the menu buttons to other pages but not inside the “homepage”.
This would be the homepage: http://theme-fusion.com/avada/one-page-parallax/The header menu will not link to the inner sections but other pages.
Also, it’s possible to make a parallax scroll page without white spaces in between? Just sections with background image and foreground text/cta’s..

Hmmm if you use a menu that does not link to different sections on the same page, it can work and take you to other pages, but it will not have a scrolling effect. That would just be a regular site with multi-pages. Unless I’m misunderstanding you?
For the second question, yes this just depends on the content you place in each section. You can place a bkgd image in each one or colors and make it however you’d like

I have just bought this theme but the fusion page builder is not working. The plugin is installed and activated and not disabled in theme options.
When clicking the Fusion page builder button, the 4 main sections to navigate are not visible. I only see Fusion Builder and the bin and arrows.
Running wp 4.0.1 and latest avada.
How can i fix this?

You were able to increase the PHP memory limit? It is definitely a memory issue and that will fix it. We can take a look on our support forum but if you are unsure of how to do that, your host can change those settings for you, they may be limiting them.

hi, I’d mentioned this in support but still not working; I’m trying to use calendarize it w/avada, and i want to use the plugin’s css styling, but avada overrides it; any way in custom css field in avada to exclude a specific page from using default styling?
for example using calendarize it I want it to look like default css styling, theirs, so it looks like this: http://calendarize.it/wordpress-calendar-plugin/?rhcss_skin=rhc_skin_flatui_midnight_bluebut it won’t show up looking like that in avada; how to override avada default css so calendarizeit shows properly?

Hello, I like your theme.I have couple of questions: 1. Is it possible to have inquiry button which will popup lightbox, inquiry form. This form should pre-populate the item which end user was browsing. SKU#, Product Name, End Users Email (Input), Queries (Input) and submit action would submit send email to the end user.
2. If the user is logged in using facebook, google+ or any social network, his email would be pre-populated and would require him to only submit queries about the product?

1. You can use the modal shortcode for this and insert a form shortcode from Contact Form 7, we do this on our agency demo, see the button at the bottom of this page: http://theme-fusion.com/avada_demos/agency/
However prepopulating the form will not happen out of the box, you will need much deeper customization that we do not offer. Same for #2 question, that will take customization or a 3rd party form plugin that offers that type of integration.

I was wondering: in the demo you see the agency pages with logo/navi on the left. But where can you choose this layout instead of the normal with header above etc.? I can’t seem to find it in the live demo options.
