The WooCommerce setting of the zoom product image size is smaller than the single product image. It doesn’t work as well as the demo. How do I make it bigger than the single product image?
What should be the sizes of the product images to upload to the media gallery?
Also, I would like to use the WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier but it doesn’t seem to work with the theme. Can you help me out?

I think that there is a serious bug in the theme when displaying the product images in WooCommerce.
The featured image size is different than that of the product gallery image size. The container size changes depending on what image is displayed. Also, when the product gallery image size is magnified, it follows the single product size whereas the featured image magnified follows that of the uploaded image size. This is very confusing.

Make sure you follow the note there: NOTE: If you’re installing the theme on existing content, then you may need to use the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to regenerate the images to use your newly set image sizes.
I have regenerated the thumbnails but all it does is change the size of the container. I am talking about the zoom image size.
Put a link to your page to see the problem since I can’t reproduce it not being part of the theme

Hi, you can edit single.php template if you want to add anything else on a blog page. There isn’t a feature for that in the theme so you can jjust enable it
After Wordpress 4.1 upgrade the menu on the mobile Safari does not work. I can see the menu icon (3 parallel lines) but I can’t click on it.
Hopefully there will be a quick update to fix this.

Hi, Thanks for your appreciation. It should not be related to WP 4.1 since I tested your environment and it works. Try to disable some installed plugins. Also if you don’t find the problem give me a link to check

Hi, we have seen it installed on some client sites but can’t guarantee is 100% compatible. If you don’t use Buddypress then probably it should work as expected. If you want Buddypress then ask the developers if it is supported

I’m working for my (adgraha) client with this theme. There is problem has been occurred. When I click users must be registered and logged in to comment and then save it’s automatically showing 404 Not found. I think it’s a serious problem.
Hi, I don’t understand what you try to say but is probably so some setting of yours since it should be default Wordpress functionality. Try to resave permalinks settings

I was trying embed a google map on a page and would like to know how to make it full page, stretching all the way across from side to side. Full width seems to cut it off at a certain point. How would I go about in doing this? Like some of the backgrounds on the Full Community page shows images extending all the way to the sides.

Yes W3 total cache works with the theme. You can use it to increase your site speed.

With regard to the BuddyPress Components message, I clicked on the “Repair” and it is asking me to associate Directory (Members and Activities Stream) and Registration (Register and Activate) elements. What are the suggested settings for this?
Hi. RtMedia related notices can be ignored and you can click to dismiss them.
Related to Revslider make sure you have write permissions on your server or dismiss the above notices and try again.
Buddypress components need to be assigned to some pages on your site so if you don’t have pages created for those components just create them from your Pages menu and select them in the repair screen

Also – I’m having some issue with our visual editor on the back end. The drag and drop functionality isn’t working. It will allow you to grab but as you drag it freezes the item and won’t let you move it anywhere.

Hi, I am having difficulties with mobile sub menus. They just don’t show on any mobile device. It is supposed to show a + sign, then you press on it and it should show the sub menu , but it doesn’t. I had to create a different side menu with all the options in the menu so they can be accessed. Is it something wrong with the theme?

Hi, I can’t test it since now you have the sidemenu. You can assign the same primary menu to the sidemenu if you need the sidemenu to show on mobile. Also you should disable the sidemenu button from the main menu since it opens the sidemenu on desktops and somehow is duplicated
Ok I corrected and did what you asked and still I don’t see my submenus within the mobile sidebar in my android phone

Hi, there is no such functionality as private messages in the theme. Try to search for a plugin that could do that or hire a developer to extend the functionality to match your needs
Thankyou again for your fantastic support. Although the logo size (new app.min.js) fix you directed me works fine for the LOGO, it causes alot of problems with images loading now. When the page loads none of the animation works and the images dont load as they ought to. fairyflossbyronbay.com/clone
