I sure wish we could! Themeforest controls the sales and pricing and we do not have power over offering discounts. We hope that sometime in the future they will create some kind of rewards or discount program for our buyers, many of who have bought it dozens of times.

I am looking at this theme, but am wondering, is there some resource or link I can access regarding installing this theme as an upgrade to an existing website? I have an old free wordpress theme website with tonnes of content and i am wanting to make the transition to the new theme not only complete and without any loss of content, but also as seamless and painless as possible…

Your content will still be there when you change themes as it is stored in your database. However it is hard to say how perfectly it will integrate into a new theme. For example, blog posts. We use featured images for each post so you may need to add one for each one, or you could choose to just keep it they way you have it on your current theme. In general content will still be there, but there are too many unknowns with your current theme to give you an assessment of how it will transfer over.

Thanks, so just I can just upload it through my control panel like any other theme and my drafts and published content will all remain in place? no worries whatsoever? (i will backup the site of course)
Yes you can upload it through your control panel like any other theme, when you activate it your drafts and published content will still be there. That is not an issue. However, we do not know your other theme and have not used it before so we cannot guarantee that there will not be any issues. If there is anything, it would be as I described above in my first message.

I am so impressed with the fact that you only ever did one theme and continue to improve it – I am still exploring and loving the theme – however the new agency demo – located here http://theme-fusion.com/avada_demos/agency/ looks absolutely horrible on htc one m8 phone – have samsung 5 and it works perfectly on that – but you need to test on htc as well – thank you for continuing to provide the best theme ever.

Thanks for the comments! We will double check that device but we have done thorough test before and did not come across anything. A few of our devs use those devices.
What are you seeing?
The agency demo uses a side header, and responsive code is triggered by media queries. So for example, at 800px it will trigger to be responsive. The media queries do not include the side header width, which is over 200px. If we did include the side header in that, then responsive mode would kick in much earlier and many would complain about it kicking in on regular desktop size monitors. The HTC One has a 5” screen size though so this should not be a problem but maybe you are seeing teh site still in desktop mode?

Can you elaborate on what you are seeing?
It looks like the image you linked to on my samsung 5 – but not on my htc – http://stormyseas.co.uk/images/htc-one-m8.jpg as you can see it is not good – but all your other pages look fine – just the agency demo is messed up
It looks like the site is sort of still in desktop mode with some responsiveness – it scrolls all around the screen showing white areas – images don’t load properly – straight desktop mode would be better just a smaller version of the desktop – but this is not either desktop or mobile – not sure what it is
Is this just the home page of Agency demo that you see this on? So all other agency pages are fine but the home page is not?
We’re having a hard time replicating this and have not seen any other reports. If you could post a new topic on our forum it would be helpful, our devs could check it out in more depth too.

Maybe try to clear browser cache, or restart the phone (or both). Also do you have more than one browser on your HTC one?
Hi, I have a 2 slider with revolution slider and I want two of them in one page first one in the left second one in the right, but those slider have a background shadow and a time progress bar, I want complete tranparent to show my background image that I have cuz I have a circle image not square. I have an image that I’m working on it. I cant find the div to remove or customized on CSS

Those are rev slider settings. The shadow can be controlled in the appearance tab and the timer bar is there as well. Go to the main rev slider page and edit the slider and view the settings, you can turn both of them off there.
One thing to note, the shadow you are currently using is our theme shadow which takes up “no shadow” since rev slider does not offer custom skins. So to turn that off you can select a different shadow (1-3) or go to theme options > advanced and disable “Avada Rev Slider Shadows”. This will allow the “no shadow” to actually show no shadow. This same option I described in theme options > advanced can also be activated per page in the page options box under the slider tab.

Hey Guys, first off, im really enjoying using this theme, incredibly powerful and easy to use.
I think ive found a small bug? On my blog page, I have “layout=medium” and “page title bar = hide”. This works fine, until I set my blog page in the Wordpress reading settings to that blog page, then it turns the posts into large and automatically adds the page title bar back in.
While im here, Is there a way to display small thumbnails in the blog posts when listed on other pages and a larger (different) image when viewing the actual blog post?

The blog page can be either the shortcode, or the assigned blog page. Each have their own settings. If using the assigned blog page, then the settings to control the layout, etc are located in theme options > blog. For the page title bar, there is a global option to hide it in theme options > page title bar tab. Check out our doc section on the blog that describes these two areas you asked about: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/blog-2/
The main listing page for the blog (the one that has multiple posts with a text excerpt) can utilize any of our 6 blog layouts. So you can use blog medium there, and then the single post page will have the large image up top above the title.
In addition, you can use the recent posts shortcode which has even smalelr thumbnails and that can be place on any page you want. Check out the doc link above, it outlines this as well.

As it relates to WooCommerce, I’d like to have a sidebar on the MAIN shop page – and category pages – but not on individual product pages. Is that possible in Avada currently? Thank you.

I have set it to “Global” so it shows on the main shop page. But when I set a product to have “no sidebar” it messes up the layout, see this example – http://192.190.86.126/~jansenartcenter/product/beginning-spinning/. The description should extend to the right, instead of being below the image and still allowing space for the sidebar. Please advise.

I have a question about the Avada wordpress template. I want to know if we can have a download/upload option (can we have a link where if a viewer clicks on a certain link, they would be able to download a document/file)? I also want to know if we purchase the Avada Theme, can we change the layout as we want/need? Eg. Can we change the placement of menu bars? Can we change placement of where the picture/text goes?

Sure, you can insert a text link, image or button that the user clicks to download files.
For the other question, the theme is very customizable without having the need to code. We offer dozens and dozens of intuitive options to customize the site. With that being said, there will be some limitations because not everything can be done with easy to use options. For menu bars, check out our headers 1-5, each one offers different setups, and in addition you can place any of them on the left or right side too.
Yes you can change the placement of pictures and text anywhere you see it as well as any other page content you see. The only real area that is “somewhat” limited would be the header. But even the header has multiple options to customize to your liking.

1. Yes they are, some are “content based shortcodes” so can be used with other elements like text block, or other text elements.
2. Hmmm not at the moment, we cannot remove either of those sliders due to 100K+ users who use them, and currently do not have plans to add another one. However, you can certainly add a new slider plugin on your own if you wish.

I have a terrible problem. Tha fusion builder not work. I mada a export with xcloner at my hosting and allit’s ok , but when i try to work with the fusion builder i see the elements, but when i open some of them i see ir with a dark overlay and if a click in any place the element close. I can’t edit the pages. It’s a terrible problem.
I try work with visual composer if not. But there is any solution for recover the fusion builder?

Thanks a lot for your help. For security reasons I’ve made a update in my personal server and the problem has been resolved. But, i still have some problems that the update doesn’t made. For example , the blog now its impossible make a grid. It looks in large and big mode . I try change it, but doesn’t respond. Other problem that the update has made has been lose some internal links in the flip boxes. And finally some colors were changed in the theme configurations in some shortcodes.
The problem that really i need to resolved in this point it’s with the blog. I need to change to a grid mode.

That should not happen with the blog so something is off in some of your files. I’d reupload the theme and also make sure fusion core is correct. Post a new topic on our forum if you still have issues so we can take a look.
