I do not know whether one and the same person is responsible here and a support Email, but there is a huge discrepancy between the requests made to here and the attitude when there is a problem to resolve with the topic.

A few days ago, I sent a letter the specified emeil: opalwordpress@gmail.com, with a request to resolve several issues related to the theme pharmacy to resolve these problems I was told that I have to pay 50 dollars. All described problems are obviously weaknesses of the topic and not additional customization.

1. I bought this theme because in this forum and in the claims of the theme itself is declared that there po/mo theme files and translates without a problem with the standard plugins for this purpose, but it is not so! I use the plugin for CodeStyling Localization, but much of the the texts can not be translated. The same problem is shared by another user in this forum which shows that there is obviously a problem.

Other problems are: -I cannot create a new sidebar, because every recently created sidebar does not accept gadgets and stays empty. -Pagination does not work. -Visual composer does not work in publications, opal FAQs,Opal portfolios

It is good to know in advance whether you offer the correct support for your topics or after purchase them, we have to pay extra for the removal of mundane ones problems, which is inherently are weaknesses in the topic?

And finally: Are you able to solve these problems ? Do you think it is normal to want money to solve similar problems ???

I have tried multiple times, I sent a support email and was supposed to receive a courtesy copy, but have not received one, worried my email isn’t going through.
