Hello, I’ve read in a previous post that the option is available to have a “hard crop” or a “soft crop” for the images in the properties slider on the properties detail pages. Where would I set this option? I would like to be able to have a vertical image not cut off inside the slider (hard crop) but to have the slider adjust for the vertical images. Thank you.

This theme uses ‘add_image_size’ function to register image’s size.
To change the hard crop mode to soft crop you need to edit ‘functions.php’ as displayed in the following screenshot.

You can use the widgetized area to advertise using text widget or you can advertise on other places with a little modification in this theme as it has built in a standard way.
However, the property listing payment works individually for each property submission instead subscription system.

Hi, couple of pre sales questions.
Like on the single property pages at the bottom it showes attachments and a pdf. Is that pdf created automatically or have you guys added that manually? If it is automatic can the layout be cusotmized?
Can search functions be customized as well?
Is there a function for automatic xml feed updates for uploading properties and keeping them updated?

1) The attachments on the property page has manually attached files. You can attach multiple files with multiple formats to a property.
Example: zip, docx, pdf and such of it.
2) This theme is not compatible with any XML/CSV importer. So, you cannot import/move properties of any other site from the live feed. However, you can achieve this with a custom solution.
If you want to move this theme’s property from one site to another you can use WordPress export / import tool with WordPress Importer plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-importer/

I bought this theme… it’s very nice.
Is there a way to control the height of the picture for a single property listing? By default your theme ‘centers’ each image, and there is a lot of white space at the top of image… this doesn’t look appealing to customers.
It would be nice if the property image would align itself to the top and adjust the height automatically.
Is this possible?

I can see a ‘Pin it’ social sharing button at the top of the image in that shared screenshot. Please try by reverting changes if you added that button yourself in the code? Or deactivating if you installed any third party plugin for this purpose.

Question before I buy.
I rent some properties by days, sometimes 5 days, 10 days, etc. and also monthly, my question is
1- Can I display two prices on the listings… monthly / daily
2- if #1 is not posible, can I add a new property status (screenshot 2)apart from “for sale” or “for rent”, and name it “short time rentals”, or rent by days, or something like that… and by doing that I can later select a range for minimun and maximun price by day (screenshot 9) when people search using that new property status i created.
I realize doing this I would have to upload different listings for a same property, let’s say I rent a property for 2,000 a month and i also give the client the option to rent that same property for 90 per day, the only way I can have both options show up in search is by listing one with price per month and making another listing with price per day, am I right? will this work?

For videos you can create a category http://inspirythemesdemo.com/realhomes/category/market-updates/ that contain only videos and you can use that category directly in navigation. But, those videos will also remain the part of regular posts in your news/blog page.
