Thanks for such an exclusive sharing.
Nice template, but the ms ie 9 exceptions urls for some background images dont get updated automatically. Also wouldve liked to see a boxed layout option, like in the live preview
Hi xencreative,
Thank you, what do you mean exactly with ‘don’t get automatically updated’? Regarding the boxed layout, please sent us the index.html so we can make it boxed for you: support[at]rocketway.net
Best Regards, Steve
When you change the image of the block with the snowy forest, it will still keep the “snowy forest” url for the ms ie 9 exceptions.. you have to manually replace it.
Hi xencreative,
thank you for your feedback! Our entire portfolio will be updated very soon and will we update our current builder. This problem will be fixed with these updates.

Not fully compatible with Outlook (2000, 2002, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2011, 2013). If the image sizes are too small, they will repeat in Outlook. HTML needs a change fill type=”tile” to fill type=”frame”
One more thing about Compatibility with outlook: The font which is used isn’t recognized by Outlook.
Hi accountdkb,
thank you for your comment. We are aware of this issue, it will be solved with our new themebuilder update. Our whole portfolio will be updated shortly.
Best Regards, RocketWay
i have spent 7 hours designing writing content into this template and since there is no logical save button, and with a stupid back browser my entire day wor 7 hours is disappeared and trying to go back again loads this stupid default template.
this is the most horrible system to be sold in this market with no documentation that’s says there is no save button, and DO NOT hi back button.
i will recommend everyone to stay away from this product.
i am so pist and angry
Hi newmodeav,
We were already in contact by email. Again, we’re very sorry but we never advertised that there’s a save feature present. Our themebuilder is a lightweight tool to quickly setup an email. We understand a save function is very important. Probably you’ve noticed we haven’t released new templates for a few months so we could fully focus on a great new themebuilder. Currently we are finishing up this themebuilder (webapp) which will be released near the end of november, each template will be updated so you don’t have to purchase our product again.
Best Regards, Steve
Hi!
Is it fully responsive (100% gradual adaptation to any format) or it “jumps” from formato to format?
Does the responsive feature work for native iOS and Android emails?
Does the responsive feature work for major webmail providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo), in browser and in their mobile apps, for iOS and Android?
Do background images work for major webmail providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo), in browser and in their mobile apps, for iOS and Android?
Thanks!
Hi upvideochannel,
The template has 100% gradual adaption to any format, the content has a maximum width of 600px.
Responsive works for the native iOS and Android email app, major webmail providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo). The template doesn’t support the Gmail App for Android. But we’re working on a new version, and will make sure this is fixed in the future.
Background images work for all major webmail providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) and their mobile apps. Only note is that background images don’t center in Gmail, so we advise to use background images with a large width.
If you have any more questions, please let us know!
Hi RocketWay! We tested the template and on Outlook for desktop (not Hotmail, the Outlook software), we are having the following issues: - backgroung image repeats itself on the header - additional spaces appear between text and the buttons below - text and boxes in the third column break
If you provide me your e-mail address I can send you print screens of these issues soy you can better understand what I mean.
Hi upvideochannel,
thank you or your email, please mail us at: support[at]rocketway.net

Hi,
Congratulations, very beautiful theme and very easy to use.
Everything is working perfectly with Gmail. But the background images are not displayed on Outlook and Hotmail (I have a black background instead). Do you know why? Is there something I can change in the HTML code to display the images on Outlook and Hotmail?
Kind regards, Anne
Hi Anne,
Thank you for your purchase.
We can make background images workable in Outlook (not Hotmail) if all content is centered in this background image.
Please drop us an email to: support[at]rocketway.net if you want us to help you.

Hi,
It’s a great template – thanks!
I’m working on my first email campaign with Mail Chimp and I have some challanges:
1. The header image is not centered in two mail clients (gmail, outlook 2013 – i have not checked in others). It is not centered even in default template exported without changes.
Any hints?
2. In Gmail, before clicking to download header image, i can see background color – thanks to it i can see the title, which is good workaroung.
In outlook however i can see nothing until the button on header image – any hints how to add fall back backround to header image for outlook clients?
Thanks, Greg
Hi Greg,
Thank you for your purchase.
1. Gmail and Outlook doesn’t accept CSS for background images so it’s not possible to stretch background images in their platforms. You can fix this by uploading large background images, 2000px width for example.
2. Outlook doesn’t accept normal background images. We’ve already coded a fallback image trick for Outlook, otherwise you only will see a solid background color in their system.
Please email us to: support[at]rocketway.net for further questions.
Kind regards,
Sebastian
Dear Sebastian,
Thank you for your quick answer. Customer care at the highest level!
Before we close this topic I would like to make sure understand each other.
Ad1. This is the difference I meant – please see the screen http://screencast.com/t/QbwW5uGJiThe image in gmail is off, comparing to the browser. Any chances and hints how to get similar effect? I understand I’m not going to have exactly the same behaviour in the mail client, but this email looks very different. Maybe there is suggested image size to solve it?
Ad 2.
This is the screen about the issue http://screencast.com/t/bgkQjcqrBefore an user clicks to downloads images i would like them to see this important text in the header. How can we achieve it in outlook?
Best, Greg
Hi Greg,
Thank you for your comment
1. Like I said, Gmail doesn’t accept CSS for background images so it’s impossible to stretch or positioning background images (it doesn’t stretch in Gmail browser and also not in Gmail App etc). You need to play with the width and height of the image to get the best result in Gmail.
2. It looks like the header has a solid white background color. The text is also white so it looks like it’s an empty box with only a button. To fix this you need to use a darker solid background color. You can change the color behind the background images by clicking on the tab button “Change Styles” and change the color at the bottom. See screenshot: http://rocketway.net/themeforest/images/unity/change_color.jpgPlease email us to: support[at]rocketway.net with your HTML file so we can help you fixing it in the code.
Cheers,
Sebastian

Hi,
A pre-sale questions 1- related to the themebuilder Is it possible to increase the height of the header for exemple (my logo is “portrait layout” 2- related of your products I understand that you don’t templates of newsletter and I have to create it. You have many products (unity, destinity …). What are the differences between your products if you don’t provide templates?
Best regards
Hi phil95,
1. You can increase the height of the header image by hovering above or under the header text and duplicate or delete this space.
2. You can customize the template with our Themebuilder, export the file and edit further in an email platform like MailChimp to send your message and save your work.
The difference is every email template has a different design layout which you can customize with our Themebuilder and send to all your customers or clients
Please drop us an email to: support[at]rocketway.net if you need any further help.
Cheers,
Sebastian
Great template -can the logo be centered after export?
Hi jayohare,
Thank you for your interest.
Sure.. drop us an email to: support[at]rocketway.net with your exported HTML file from the Themebuilder and we like to center the logo and explain you how we did this in the code.
Cheers,
Sebastian
Hi team,
Very nice work, but i’m a little disappointed because i expected to export a HTML with framed content as your builder. ( with the blue-gray background ). Exactly as your demo.
Do you have a simple way to wrap mailing content in a div ( with a max-width as your demo ) and keep responsive capabilities ?
Thank you very much, Best regards, Wil
Hi Wil,
Thank you for your purchase!
Drop us an email to: support[at]rocketway.net + your exported HTML file and we love to make it boxed for you.

Hi,
