Post grid issue
Hello, I need the post grid to have the same heigh, no matter if the title has 1 or 2 lines, meaning I have to set a limited number of characters that would be shown. How do I do that? The ideea is that they must be alligned.
When you click on the post grid image a popup with all the images from all the post will open. How do I disable that function?

That should only happen to the gallery format posts. You can remove that functionality and remove the popup by editing this template from the theme page-parts/post-content-masonry.php and around like 109 remove this:

They should have the same height if your image is always the same ratio. I gave you the full path relative to the theme installed: age-parts/post-content-masonry.php

1. Can the ecommerce part of the theme sell digital products (ebooks, videos)?
2. Will a member of the site be able to access content they purchased on a regular basis? Example: a customer purchase a how-to-video. Would they be able to log in to their profile and view it?

Hi SeventhQueen, I am having some trouble with the portfolio pages. When I add a portfolio item i can not find it in the menu manager and i also get 404 page not found error when i try and view the page. I would be grateful if you could suggest where i might be going wrong.
The process i use:
Adding a new portfolio item, adding V2 page/item template, adding some generic images to test it, and then finally publishing. I have also enabled the portfolio page option in settings for visual composer,

Hello. I am previewing your theme and plugin suggestions to determine if it’s the best fit for me. Can you help me understand if this scenario will work or not and what hurdles you foresee?
The site needs to be completely blocked from outside visitors. No access what-so-ever for non members. If by chance a link is leaked, then it will direct them to the login page (or page I specify.)
There will be no registration process. I will manually add all 411 members and provide them with their login credentials.
There will be no “levels” once “inside”. All members will be equal.
I am familiar with other membership plugins and know how to do this with URL Groups, positive and negative rules and such but is this an available function with Kelo and the Membership plugin?

Hi, if you want to have you site completely blocked then you need to take a look at the Extended license.
If you don’t want memberships and things like that then you should do it with some simple code to check if user is logged in and if then redirect them to the login page. Should be fairly simple

What extended license are you referring to? The PMPRO plugin or the extended license for your theme? I assume the plugin, but want to certain. If I don’t want to use PMPRO, do I need to disable anything in the theme to make it work with another membership plugin? If I purchase your theme, is the support response time quicker? The project I will be working on is time sensitivity (aka, has a deadline) so having answers faster then 2 days would be very beneficial and crucial. I understand that 3600+ sales would make you very busy with support, so just know I’m not intending to offend you, just need to take it into consideration. Thank you again.

From what we discussed with Envato relateed to licenses, you can restrict site content using memberships plugin and use the Regular license but make sure to have public places on your site like Blog, etc

Hi, I bought an older version and am having tremendous problems with k_element plugin. Even after upgrading it, it seems to conflict with the theme causing server overloads and blank white screen covering entire wordpress panel, virtually making it impossible to access, and having to access sftp.
What should I do?
Hi, please update the theme or if you can’t update it then connect by FTP and replace the K-elements plugin with the newer version you get by re-downloading the Kleo package and getting it from the Plugins folder

I would like group members to be able to create forums and events within their group.
Right now the Forum page is listed as a separate menu link, and there doesn’t appear to be a separate forum for each group, just the capability to comment within each group.

Just want to make sure I am understanding the fee for this theme correctly. If I want to set up a website using this theme and them charge users a fee to use the website then the cost for theme is $3150.00 dollars? That seems like quite a jump from $63…am I reading this right?
Hi, we had different debates on what you can do with the regular theme and from last discussion with Envato it seems that you can use the $63 version to charge users also, as long as you don’t have the whole site with private access

OK confirmed with Envato and you are correct. They said as long as parts of the website are accessible to the public (like a blog or forum, etc.) then you would only pay the $63 and not the $3150. Thank you!

I started setting up the theme, imported all of the demo content and everything was looking great. Until I’ve checked the inner pages, no matter what settings I have on, the pages header/logo/menu seems to be overlapping.
I tried transparent (on/off), black/white. I’m probably missing on some detail.
