Hi, wonderful theme guys. I ran into something that i must ask about before i buy it. Seems like there is a bug while viewing the theme with my phone, the menu is always showing the text over the rest of the content (see 3 attached images as a reference). Seems like its only happening when the safe button is active in the theme on all of the demo pages you have setup.

Thanks for the quick reply. Since its quicker for me, i’d reply here and can also send an email a little later on if needed. It’s an HTC One M8 and its the default htc browser. i’ve tested it with various Samsung phones, iPads and iPhones as well and those all seem to be perfectly fine.
edit: HTC One M8 is using WebKit 534, i hope this helps.

Purchased Osmosis a few days ago, I simply love it! The editing with Virtual composer works flawless.
Now I got two questions:
1.) I used “Single Image” and chose “Video Popup” with a Youtube Video. On Desktop and iPad it works fine, you klick on the image and the YouTube video pops up. On my iPhone 5s with iOS 8.1.3 it opens the video in the YouTube app. That would be a no go. It should have a fallback and open the video in iPhone with the iOS Safari player, right. How can I fix this to behave right?
2.) Under Pages in WP I can’t find “Clone Page”? I remember seeing “Save page as template” right after I got Osmosis…but now I can’t find it no more…HELP!

I love the new simple post style but there’s a large white space where the old title section used to be. I see it that it’s 70px padding top on the #grve-main-content .grve-container . Is there a way to change this so it only affects this post template?

Hey the theme looks amazing! Really love it! But I have a few questions before buying it. (Already bought 2 themes but they ended up not serving my purposes so now I’m a bit worried about buying something else that just doesn’t work for me).
1 -How customisable is the hidden menu? Can I ad door links or delete the that I don’t need? Like the languages one for example?
2 – Would it be possible to add a second mens above the main header one with a login button? (this is the only thing keeping me from buying it)
3- Is it possible to add a button or 2 under the title on the video homepage? I’d like to have a call to action ‘sign up there
4 – Is it possible to make the video not full screen but a little smaller height-wise?
Can I send you a print screen of the mock up I was working on to see if I can achieve something like that with your theme?

I just went ahead and purchased it after watching the videos I thought it would be possible to achieve something similar to what I had in mind. But when I installed the theme and tried to preview it live I got this: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 523800 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/smartlocker.co.nz/httpdocs/wp-includes/option.php on line 816

You don’t have to worry, this is a well known issue when the php PHP Memory Limit on your server is low. It is something that has not to do with Osmosis. However, our support team will help you to sort it out asap.

I don’t want a sidebar for my portfolio pages, so I chose ‘fullwidth’ in portfolio options and on theme options but it still shows the sidebar. How can I change this?

Edit: I found out that I can have a fullwidth portfolio page if I deselect all ‘portfolio fields’, but can this be done as a default state?

First, a clarification: what do you mean by categories; those of the blog? Second, Osmosis offers the possibility to add 3 (three) different logos with the use of the feature section, plus +1 (one) sticky. It is very flexible!

At the moment Osmosis does not provide this option. It is a very good suggestion and we’ll consider adding it in a future release. It would be really helpful if you could provide us with a link that illustrates what you describe so that we have a clear idea.

hi there, really awesome theme!!! one question concerning one page: is there a possibility to Highlight the actual menu Point of the one Pager? like in the other themes, so for example when I´m in the Service section, the Service menu item is bold or has another Color? best regards!

If you’re referring to the portfolio you can do anything as a page. You can use any element from the page builder. What you see are just some suggestions we illustrate of numerous other options and you can find out yourself by coming on board Osmosis

FYI, we have tested both Polylang and mqTranslate plugins and we’ve come to the conclusion that Polylang is a better fit for Osmosis in terms of bilingual or multilingual translation. Hope that it fits good with you as well

Hi, love this theme, can I just ask – is it going to be easy to apply a full width header image on the pages, to appear in the ‘gave-header’ header div? Currently I see a block of colour with the page title centred, I would prefer a full width image with about 350px height.

Do you mean uploading an image-title like the one in this video tutorial http://vimeo.com/116596173? Almost all pages in our demo have a custom image background below the header and the process is quite easy as you can see in the video.
In case you want it globally for any page, at the moment you can only set the color background with your preferred height and alignment, but we have plans to add the possibility of uploading a background image for all pages in a future release.

how do you get the button in the featured section anchor to a section of the home page I get a choice to target same page or another page but that’s about it

1) Is it possible to not only use tags for the blog but also categories, for users to cluster the posts? And is it possible to show the categories in the masonry style, e.g. in a separate box?

1. Do you need a category cloud, like the tag cloud? Is that what you mean? There is a multi-select option for the blog element (you can select the categories you want) and in the next release of Osmosis there will be a filterable option for the blog (based in categories) just like the portfolio element.
2. Osmosis is a multilingual ready theme which is also fully compatible with the WPML plugin (officially certified). It also offers two predefined and properly styled positions for the language switcher, one in the top bar and another one in the safe button.

1. You are using the revolution slider and as you surely know the plugin had a security problem in September 2014. Which version of the revolution slider do you use?
2. As I understand it is possible to use all Google fonts within your theme! Is it e.g. possible to change the font of the main menu?

1. We certainly know about this security problem of Revolution Slider but you have no need to worry. Osmosis uses the latest version of Rev Slider, version 4.6.5.
2. Yes, sure you can! In general, Osmosis gives you the full control for the typography.
