got to the conclusion that after importing the dummy data the dream spa panel doesnt save anything ( stays in saving but doesnt do it) please can you help me out to solve this problem?

This theme is lacking the Therapists feature (just like in spa lab). With that addition, I would buy it in a heartbeat!

I cannot launch the site until this is fixed. I first wrote three days ago. Not impressed with support.
Ok I see you replied but I didn’t get an email. You need to do something about your support system. The documentation for this theme is severely lacking. I had to learn the theme by trial and error adn I do websites for a living. There are still many things I gave up on and worked around. I certainly should not have to add css code to get the dropdowns to work on ipad.

I love the theme and like to buy it! but I only need to see if I can add like an icon to show the Cart Purchase above the header or menu bar to indicate the customer how many items are in the shopping cart. This is a very unique request from my client.

Mobile logo not showing
Hi I have uploaded all the proper sizes for mobile logos into the child theme but the dreamspa logo will not go away! Ive tried over and over and nothing works. I have enabled all mobile settings.
I found out again and again that every time I load the logos and “save all” and then navigate away – upon returning to the settings page ALL the logo files are gone. It will not save the settings. this is currently a site in development www.eyethebrows.socialwebmedia.ca/wp

PLEASE answer this ASAP. I am waiting to launch a new site but there are issues I cannot resolve. First the logo will not change no matter what I do. I even disaobled the child theme and copied everything over to the full theme to see if that would work. ISSUES
1.I upload the logos into the panel and when I navigate away (yes I saved it) then come back they are gone. The mobile site shows the dreamspa logo.
2. The drop down menu doesn’t show up on the ipad.
PLEASE PLEASE ANSWER THIS. This is the second time I have posted an extreme issue with no answer.

1) Update the Retina logo from Buddha panel > General > Retina Logo, so that the mobile layout shows the retina logo.
2) Since Ipad has bigger screen size the menu will be shown as desktop menu and not like dropdown which is shown in mobile devices.

Re the iphone / ipad logos: It would be nice if the support documents covered that. I spent hours on this. There are sections in the panel to put in logos for iphone and ipad so why would we just guess that the logo would be the retina logo from the top section?

I have a page Wellness like your demo page Gallery. I like to choose the Single item with left sidebar. This option isn’t showing. I tried so much possibilities, but I only get my Gallery on the page (with the overlay like on homepage). But I liked to have one gallery item with image and text and underneath the Previous and Next option. (Like your demo page single with left sidebar).
How can I do this?

Animate Anchor Tags I am hoping this is a quick question. On your demo under your “Procedures” page you have some of the service links anchoring to text blocks below. It appears the action is simply being called with a standard <ahref=”gotox”>LINK I do not see any other special code being called out. On your demo, when this is clicked the page animates by scrolling to the anchor tag section. When I try to put this in my dev site, it just jumps directly to the anchor like a standard anchor. Can you tell me what I am missing to make the Goto anchor animate it’s action? Thanks in advance.

Hello again, I also noticed that our website does not display the responsive version on mobile devices. I toggled it to be responsive, so I don’t really know what the issue might be. Is there anything else we should be setting up on our end or is this another thing you might be able to look into? We’d like the website to look exactly like yours before we swap out content and make major changes.

I’m using the Gallery and I like to add 4 images (2 columns of 2 ) at the Homepage. What are the image sizes for this? Because I now use 540×405 and it looks good at the Homepage. But when I click on it and comes on the Gallery page then it is to small.

1) This error is caused by trying to install the entire download ZIP package rather than the actual theme itself.
The downloaded package contains documentation,child theme etc.
So, unzip package and find actual theme file then install theme.
2) Go to Wpfolder > wp-content > Themes > Paste actual theme directory folder.
