Great, great theme 
I could translate the text at the homepage, but unfortunatelly could not translate some admin words.
I have modify the follow file with poedit: theme/languages/es_ES.po and es_ES.mo
What am I doing wrong? I need your help.

Hello, I have updated the theme recently, but for some weird reason the functions.php file keeps disappearing from my server. I’ve never seen this happen before in all my years designing sites. What could be causing this? Thanks.

It might be your server that removing the ‘functions.php’ file. Please try to upload the functions.php file using your hosting file manager (form cPanel).

I spoke to my hosting company and there is nothing on the server that would automatically remove a file. I’m working with a developer and he is getting a malware warning anytime we edit the functions.php file. It then disappears anytime it’s altered. I downloaded the latest version of the theme as well just in case. Strangest thing.

I have seen the similar issue on another site. We tried to debug, but there was nothing to do with the theme. However, when that user asked to the hosting venders they told that it’s the server user hosted on and need to upload files using file manager to avoid such issues.

thank you for great update…AAA the ‘location child’s’ for search box are super important and a must have feature so many thanks… I already installed and very happy 
I have one ISSUE though
-Now I have a very big child list (second and third location boxes) around 30-50 names all together mixed up SO I’M HAVING A HUGE DROPDOWN BY DEFAULT, only after you pick the main location its getting arrange of course
for the specific location!
but what I want is that the second and third location boxes will be empty and clear from all of the – huge “all in one” child list, until you pick up the parent (main location) !
please its very important to me, is there a way/code to achieve that ?
I just need it clean and simple….

For this purpose you need to edit ‘slider.php’ file located in the ‘template-parts’ directory as pointed in the following screenshot.

This theme is not compatible with any XML/CSV importer. So, you cannot import/move agents of any other site using any other plugin or theme into this theme without a custom solution.
If you want to move this theme’s property from one site to another you can use WordPress export tool with WordPress Importer plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-importer/

Great theme and some of the recent additions are really nice
What do I need to do though, to get Visual Composer working with all the elements on the properties page? I want to move the map, gallery etc into tabs so thought VC might be the easiest way to do this but it only recognises the text on the page.
Im happy to do the coding just a point in the right direction as to what to change would be handy.

The ‘template-property-listing.php’ file is responsible for the property listing and ‘single-property.php’ file for the property detail page.

That icon is a background image named ‘slider-loader.gif’ located in the ‘images’ directory. You can replace that icon with your desired icon.

I am integrating a plugin called Sabai Directory for WordPress on a site with your theme. This plugin is not functioning 100% because it requires the latest version of Font Awesome (4.2.0). Your current theme has only (3.0.2). Any plans to update Font Awesome or is there a way that I can update manually?

And update your existing Font Awesome files with those new downloaded files in the ‘font’ directory.

You need to have HTML, CSS, PHP and WordPress coding skills to achieve this. If you do not have these skills then you can use services like http://psdtohtmlwp.com/ or https://codeable.io/ or http://werkpress.com/ to get your task done.
If you simply want to know the names of files that will help you to do this, then those will be “template-home.php” located in the parent theme and “child-custom.css” in child theme.
PS: After modifying the ‘template-home.php’ file you can copy to the child theme to safe your changes for the upcoming theme updates.

I think there is some confusion here.
As if you are looking to replace slider with simple header image and then display text information below header image then that is easily possible without going into code.
1. Simply replace slider with image based banner from theme options.
2. Add text as home page contents from page editor ( You can also using visual composer plugin with this theme to add contents in your desired layout )
