Hello! Please make sure that you can add any image via media section. Sometimes on the local server the uploads folder can’t be created automatically because of the permissions.

Hello! You can add as many as you wish, just add more images to the gallery and it will display the same number of items on the gallery masonry page.
unfortunately, but when I select the media in the GT3 Page Builder displays more than 25 after the publication / updating the gallery shows only 25 images. A lot of times the load time on one photo and still shows up to 25 photos

When you open pics from mansory gallery – new window is open and have the arrows (back – forward) but in my case, the arrows looking at the same side. Hello! What page are you referring to? Maybe it was added as an option to the theme settings.
I use ‘LandingStriped’ template, as a main page! Set a circle logo in settings, choose black color. But in previous version, before update, I set color with opacity 0.70 (in theme.css) and it was look great! But now I can’t find logo_color_background parameter in styles. Here you go: theme.css line 4401 class .landing_logo you can add background:rgba(40,40,40,0.75); where 40 40 40 – color, and 0.75 – opacity.
Please make sure that you do not use any cache plugins.

Hello! It’s not downloading no more. Usually it takes 5-10 mins., depends on the server. If you provide your site credentials we will check it for you
Not prepared to send creds, am working on a client site. We have tried many times now but all we get are images, no sample posts etc.
There can be several reasons. The server is required to increase the execution time limit up to 5 mins., because it can’t download all the media (the theme has a lot of images to download) within 30 sec, please read this article, http://davidwalsh.name/increase-php-script-execution-time-limit-ini_set I recommend you to contact the hosting provider to do that. If you are using the shared hosting, that’s the common issue.
I’m looking to purchase this template, but was wondering if its possible to add a pop up quote request form widget and if so would I get support/help on how to add it to the template.

Hi! I love your theme and would like to use it for a site I’m going to build. I just have a quick pre-sales question: I want to use this Instagram plugin called Instagrate Pro (http://www.instagrate.co.uk/) to auto post instagram content to the blog, can you think of any reason that wouldn’t work with your theme?
Will the blog show images in their own aspect ratio or do they need to specifically be square/portrait/landscape? I want to be able to post normal pictures to the blog as well as the ones generated in instagram.

Hopefully a less obvious question now: Is there any way to have some video controls show up on the home page with the video background? I’m worried that some visitors may want to pause the video right away if they didn’t realize the video would auto-play and it’s not obvious that clicking on the video itself will pause it.
Hello! 1. Instagram plugin. It is hard to say if it works, it should be tested. 2. You can do that manually in the code. 3. It can be done only as a custom solution.

Hello! You have to update the theme, the page builder is built-in to the theme. Please read the documentation that comes with the theme on how to update the theme.

Well, I’ve copies again all the folder …/themes/gt3-wp-soho/ and … the same … same message … maybe it’s updated but on the Dasboard I’ve a message saying that it’s outdated.

I notice in the Admin, the theme requests video from Vimeo or YouTube only, for backgrounds and the sliders.
Is there no option to use our own hosted videos in .mp4 format? I tried but it doesn’t seem to load/
Don’t really want to make a bunch of video background files public on Vimeo or Youtube. I’m presuming that if we make them private on those channels, that they won’t display on our site.

Before we buy the theme, we have a question about the kenburns gallery: is it possible to control (1) the interval time between photos, (2) the transition speed and (3) the ‘movement’ speed of the kenburns effect? We want a long interval time between photos, a slow transition, and a slow/gentle kenburns effect.

fe. chrome, go to home and reload. really strange. in css element.style margin-top sometimes switch to 0px
Tested on different PCs and Macs, do not see this issue. We can even record video if you wish.
