Go to Dashboard / Tools / Import / install “WordPress Importer” and import soulmedic-dummy.xml file from Theme-directory / framework / wordpress-importer / dummy /
Instead of our demo image you can get placeholder . Because of some license issue, we have not included those images.

The theme is not compatible with a browser I tested, Internet Explorer 11. I have tested it in Chrome, and it works well. Can you please help, as we had to revert back to our previous website until we get a solution to this theme that is compatible with ALL brosers!!!!!

Is it possible that https (secure certificate) have an impact ? Because we took it off from https (when it displayed incorrect), over to normal http and it now displays correctly?
Can you please also test it on IE9, IE8 and the various chrome versions?

Your SoulMedic theme is fantastic, and I would very much like to purchase it. I have two reservation and hope you will be able to clear this up for me:
1. I would like the shop products to be categorised so that the customer can dynamically select which category of product they want to display. An example of this can be seen on one of my sites: http://iandallas.org/publications/
2. When the client adds a product to their cart, a cart does not appear in the top header menu. Does your theme have an icon and function for this?
If you could please respond to my queries as soon as possible.

2) We didn’t include cart bottom in header menu. So you have to visit cart link page or you can use woocommerce cart widget in sidebar

I tried both of your suggestions to no avail. I can adjust the logo and main menu percentage, but that doesn’t solve the problem of having the logo appear above the main menu and still look good on smaller devices, such as mobile phones.
The revolution slider documentation does not explain why the non-working start / stop link appears on one slideshow, but not another. They both have the same settings.

1) Kindly get into your theme-directory through “wp-content/themes/soulmedic/style.css” and in line-no: 296 (approx) of class name ”#logo” just replace width to “100%” and add a property “text-align: center” as shown below.

1) I tried that, but then the logo is too large on smaller mobile devices and covers the menu. On iPads, the logo is too small. How can I have a decent sized logo above the main menu, and still look good and work on smaller devices?
2) http://revolution.themepunch.com/documentation/ does not explain the Start / Start wording above one slideshow and not another one when they have the same settings.

I wrote to the email address you provided, but no response. The logo size is the main issue. The logo does not seem responsive. The logo size you suggest (198×40) is way too small for our needs.

Please update our theme with latest version to fix the issue. Follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) Go to wp-content/plugins/ through FTP
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. That’s it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

Hello, I love you theme! I do have a couple of issues though.
1) When I disable the main menu link to only use the submenu items the main menu title gets smaller and moves out of alignment.
2) The mega menu items do not all show up on smaller devices including mobile. Even after disabling sticky menu navigation for mobile.
3) The top menu disappears when scrolling and does not appear at all on smaller devices.
How can I fix these issues?

If you update font awesome icons version, issues will fix. Please follow the steps listed below.,
1) Download the latest font awesome files from internet
2) Go to Theme-directory -> css and replace following files – font-awesome.css and font-awesome.min.css
3) Go to Theme-directory -> fonts replace following file – FontAwesome.otf, fontawesome-webfont.eot, fontawesome-webfont.svg, fontawesome-webfont.ttf and fontawesome-webfont.woff

The next and previous links shows the portfolio items based on the id. So that order cannot be changed, because it uses the wordpress default functions which will show the next item in the portfolio.
