?Hi, I am interesting to buy this theme (http://greatives.eu/themes/reload-classic/?) but I would like to ask something questions before to buy it. 1) Are there categories and tags in portfolio? 2) Can I have an item which it belongs in 2 categories? ?
2) Can I sort items in portfolio by custom sorting?
3) Can I remove the “ALL” in PORTFOLIO page? No the name but the whole button.
The reason which I am asking about Portfolio is because I want to have about 12 categories with 30 items each. So when a user enter in a category I would like to display, the items by custom sorting (my sorting).

Thank you very much for your interest in Reload. Now let’s move on to your questions:
1) There are categories and there is the ability to have an item in two or more categories.Instead of tags Reload uses portfolio fields for extra info (to be clear there is not the same functionality like tags)
2) We are not sure what you mean by custom sorting, but you can definitely sort items by Date, Last modified Date, Number of Comments, Title, Author and Random.
3) We can easily hide the ALL label with a small CSS block.

I just have update the theme but i get the message that i must update some plugins.
The following plugins need to be updated to their latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with this theme: Greatives Visual Composer Extension and WPBakery Visual Composer.
Where can i find the update from those plugins?

while i tried to translate the frontend-strings into german i saw, that you use a constant named GRVE_THEME_TRANSLATE for the domain. This is not correct and thats why the Plugin Codestyle Localisation won’t work. Can you correct it please? See: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/_2

Hi I have bought this theme. I am finding quiet some bugs. anyway, right now I have about 15 portfolio items. they are displaying on the portfolio page. but when I click them to open to more examples, it is giving this error to each individual portfolio post: oops, page not found. 404 I now improvised a portfolio but it is not what I want .
you can check it the portfolio by going to www.theballoon.club and then check “portfolio Micha” in the menu. Am I doing something wrong.? it was working before

As I can see, you have changed the portfolio slug so just go to Settings > Permalinks and click on Save Changes.

In your ‘Theme Options > Blog Options’ there’s a dropdown to have the Blog title be either ‘Site Title + Tag’ or ‘None’. There doesn’t seem to be a way to have the blog title be taken from the page description of the blog page, or to manually enter something like ‘The latest news and insight from WhateverCorp’. Is there a way to give the blog page a unique title?

Hi , I want to buy this theme. However, browsing the theme on my phone Google Nexus 5, I have a problem whenever I open the navigation menu. After I scroll the menu down the menu closes and the site navigates to the top. Is this problem on all mobile devices ? Are you able to replicate it and solve it. thanks !

We have just replicated it on iPhone (and iPad) and there is no problem with the responsive menu. So, there isn’t such problem on all mobile devices. Could you please notify us which browser are you using as well?

Hi – I have a construction client that I want to migrate to a new theme. There are about 50 portfolio entries that have 5-6 full screen images in each entry. I would like to show them as you do in the demo here: http://greatives.eu/themes/reload-classic/portfolio/portfolio-full-slider/ but I was wondering if you could tell me if this requires building the “slider” outside of the unique portfolio entry and then including it, or if I can build the slider within each portfolio post. Having to build multiple sliders and then connect them to individual posts is what I am hoping to avoid. If possible, can you post a screen shot of the edit page for a portfolio post so we can see what the options are?

With Reload, there is no need to build the portfolio slider outside of the single portfolio item, you can easily build it inside the item. Widget ready theme means that you can have widget areas, not support for every 3rd party plugin. Honestly, we haven’t tested Reload with the WP Form Builder Feedback Survey & Quiz Manager Pro plugin so maybe there are some CSS issues.
