Really quick question!
How do i left align the heading text and payment options for the wooCommerce checkout page. Right now everything is centered aligned.

Question- I seem to have run into an issue with an ‘image grid’ displaying properly. It either doesn’t show at all or there are tiny little specs on the left side of the section.

i think my problems is with VC, is there an update? or anything of that sort? my problem is with single image fade ins, there just not fading in.. i have to refresh to see them.

Hey doug, it looks like the isotope plugin being loaded on your site is not the current one which is included with the theme – can you ensure that you deleted the old theme before uploading the new one and that no plugins are possibly causing this?
Hi – I updated to the most recent version (5.5.3 vs. 5.5.2) and it appears to be resolved.

Very anxious to see the new release. Especially since the new release contains the latest VC version. What I miss after installing though is the option to activate or deactivate the build in version of VisualComposer. I can’t seem to find this option and after removind the external VC plugin I see a lot of VC short code on my website.
Can you tell me how to activate the buildin VC version?
Need it asap since my site looks like crap right now. www.boefjes.nl.

I am having an issue when I try to write a new blog post. No matter what type of blog post I chose the published page turns into a sort of gallery as can be seen here.

Also, on my homepage there is a narrow white bar dividing my portfolio and blog elements. How can I get rid of this. Switiching between having the elements on the same or different rows doesn’t make any difference to the spacing.

I’m seeing you’re using some images such as http://wohnen-stilbruch.de/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/MG_2294.jpg that are no compressed for the web. The file size on that is around 8mb when it ideally should be around 500kb or less. You need to save your images in a smaller size before upload them and your page speed will increase dramatically

I’m seeing it come in better now – you can use minifcation and caching plugins to speed it up further:

I love the theme!! I’m having some problems with my portfolio items not showing on the portfolio page. The links to the portfolio item pages seem to be present and work when you click on them.
Any ideas that may help me?

sorry for the delay in getting back to you – discovered it was another plugin (jetpack) causing the problems disabled the plugin and everything seems to be fine now. Brilliant theme!!

Since the newest update the client slider has no longer the ‘no-link’ function. When there’s no URL filled in, the client images link to # with an target=_blank. Do you have some kind of fix for this?

Hello Nectar and everyone in here that needs support. Just like many people in here we are all having trouble with the new update, from alignment, fonts among others..
Just like my self they are a lot of businesses that depend very heavily on this template to work out of the box for obvious reasons. Unfortunately because of this, it brings alot of stress to us, especially if theres investors, pressure from partners etc.. and this will make us worry and freak out because the only help that we have is the developers.
Now I’m guilty on lashing out to them privately because i wasn’t seeing the problems fixed and the stress and all i ended up escalating the conversation to a point that once i went back and read our conversation, i wasn’t happy with my self.
I would like to make a public apology to the developers because not only do they have to deal with the enormous pressure of everyone posting on here for assistance but as well deal with all the support tickets and on top try to fix the errors on their end so they can release an update.
You guys are doing an amazing job, working extremely hard to make everyone happy and I personally couldn’t be happier with your services.

Using Child Theme -
I have just upgraded to 5.5.2 and certain portfolio elements are busted in my theme.
The “sortable” row is no longer horizontal and if I try to activate “drop-down”, it also is out of alignment.
The buttons on hover are aligning on the top instead of center.
If I activate the parent theme, this problem is resolved. Is there a file I need to move to the child folder?
I have also switched to “Default Page Template” and am using the Visual Composer “Portfolio” Page Element. problem still exists

I have just deleted the “salient folder” and uploaded 5.5.3
I’ve cleared cache and viewed on multiple devices. Problem still exists.
Should I be adding portfolio files to my child folder?

Hey again – checking the style.css loading on your site I can confirm it’s a version from an older release when your child theme is active. Can you verify you have no other salient folders sitting in your themes directory?

This issue was not the themes’ fault at all. We placed Cloudflare into “development mode” to disable the cache and this released the “old” style.css
We set a page rule for the theme folder, but it had ignored it.

Is it possible to change the project excerpt font size in the portfolio view?
It appears just below the project title.
Also if I sort the portfolio and only one row of items are visible a result, then click on a portfolio item to view larger, the large view of the item is cropped by the footer of the page. Is there a solution to this?

I just doubled checked and the current download should indeed include a child theme – however nothing has changed with that in the latest releases so you’re safe to use your old one
