Recently I logged into my WP and was amazed to see that widget section aren’t working. I’m just clicking over each widgets and it seems everything got stuck. Also, let me know how I can import enfold flat business dummy?

Would recommend to make sure that you are running the latest wordpress version, as well as the latest theme version (3.08) – if that does not help please open a thread in our support forum:

I’m running the latest WordPress version (4.1.1). But have no idea from where I can get update for theme (I’m guessing it should be on WP Dashboard)? Right now the theme is on 2.4.2

Hey! I am afraid only the frontend is translated in full (as far as I have been told) a full backend translation was not yet submitted by one of our customers, sorry. You would need to use a tool like poedit and translate the chinese .po file in your enfold/lang file

Before the rule you have added a rule with double quotation mark at the end which does not belong there. try removing the quotation mark 
for the left logo:

Yes, I think I understood that correctly. Unfortunately the current options in our backend are only set and tested to display the mobile menu on either Smartphones only or tablets and smartphones. (located in enfold->headers->Mobile menu)
We might add it in the future to use that menu on all devices but until then I am afraid a customization would be necessary…
in the Portfolio grid, is it possible to do so that when you click the different categories all the items do NOT disappear but stay in place? The point is just to highlight(give color) and the rest who normally disappears gets a darkened color effect.

Hey! Unfortunately there is currently no option for that. However you can change it easily by replacing the current text located in the file enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/contact.php in line 324.
The array key is also named “autoresponder_subject” so you can easily search for it within the file
What is the best/easiest way to style the tabs on pages?

I need to add videos as portfolio gallery and open the videos in popup directly from the thumbnails and not go to the single portfolio item. I can see you have done in one of your demos but cant figure out how to do it. Please help.
Also, is there any option to have a individual video gallery in the theme? Please let me know

as for #2) you can probably add multiple videos to a slideshow if that fits your need. Closest thing to a video gallery I guess.
For example… http://www.kriesi.at/themes/enfold/portfolio/ If you select video and see the 3rd one. It is a video and plays in a popup window once clicked.

If you want to use a font that is not a default webfont you will probably need a plugin to load the extra font first. Something like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-google-fonts/
Hi Kriesi, on mobile view the menu is always visible on the right side of the screen. So it’s possible to scroll to the right side which, in my opinion, is not the best thing, as it disorient the user. I was wondering if there is a tweak to remove it.

I bought the Enfold theme, and love it. I only have one small issue – when viewing on my iphone, I can swipe left anywhere on the screen to reveal the mobile menu, and then the zooming all messes up. I would have thought that the menu only gets revealed when I click the menu icon?
Any advice would be appreciated Thanks!

1. In the General Layout section it shows a green “Fullwidth Area” (Above content and sidebar). How do I access that? How can I put things there? It seems like a great spot for a banner, graphic, carousel, or even slideshow.
2. How do I change the styling for colors of Prev and Next arrows on side of page? (I love those! Thank you)
3. How can I get the featured images to display bigger? They are not the full width of the content area.
4. Do you have any idea why the Instagram widget wont open? It shows thumbnails but nothing in the lightbox.

1- How do I move my logo down a bit so it will horizontally align with the menu items on the right side?
2- You mention that there will be an update next week to NOT make the extra elements part of the sticky nav. (currently the search, About The Company, News, Contact Us). Also, do you plan on making this extra elements section a secondary default wordpress menu with dropdowns? My goal is to have a dropdown menu on the About The Company text in the extra elements section at the very top of my site.
3- On the search dropdown feature, how do I style the text? Currently the font color on the search dropdown is white and is hard to read. Also, how do I remove the date from the search dropdown?

1.) I would recommend to create a logo with at least 100px height. you can center the logo in photoshop and then it will look nice in the theme as well
2.) Not sure what you mean: dropdown menus in the secondary menu at the top? Those are already supported
3.) You will need to style the placeholder attribute of the element: https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/style-placeholder-text/
To remove the date you can use this css snippet:
