Hi, I am trying to insert 6 boxes of text divided into 2 rows using fusion page builder. But my problem is the space between boxes is not removable. I can zero the space horizontally but between two rows space is still there can you guide me how to remove space between these rows. Below is the link, where u can see the 3 boxes of services then 3 boxes in the next row but there is space between these two rows.

Between the rows you should use the separator shortcode, it allows you to insert a positive or negative value. So you can adjust teh spcae more or reduce it with that.

Hello,
We have downloaded avada theme and successfully installed with wordpress 4.1.We have installed fusion core plugin, layerslider and revolution slider plugins. 1.When we tried import demo content, it doesnt’ work.It shows error message. 2.When we clicked the fusion page builder when adding new pages it doesn’t shows the feature options- template selections etc.it shows blank container with the delete, undo, redo icons only.
3.When we clicked the shortcode icon, it shows the loading image only. it is not showing the fusion shortcode popup.
Please give us solution for these 3 problems.This happens in my localhost system.I will upload the site to server only after completing all theme customization works.So please help us as soon as possible.

Hmmm have you tried to disable any extra 3rd party plugins? That error is not a theme issue, either from a plugin or bad WP install.

Hi,
I am using the Pre-built template – Home 9. I am having two issues:
1. The site looks different on IE, Chrome and Mozila. Specifically, the image in the first container shows up on the bottom in IE and Chrome while in Mozilla it is in center where I would like to have 2. None of the browsers show social media icons or any other icons such as one on flip boxes, search icon, etc.

Hi,
I have a problem to import avada demo content. I’ve installed and activated all the plug ins, but when I clic on Import demo content, this error message appears: “Seems like an error has occured. Please double check the imported data. If incorrect, please use Reset WordPress plugin and try again”. And, when I look at my website it has only imported the avada blog demo.
When I try to do it again, it works, there is the successful message, but I have duplicate demo content on my website.
I’ve try to restart several times by using the Reset wordpress plugin, but I always obtain the same result: blog or duplicate content :/
How can I resolve this problem?

I looked at your post and I checked these points:
- Your PHP memory, file upload size, and/or execution limits are set too low > DONE IN PHP.INI
- You have “wp_debug = true”, please change that to “wp_debug = false” for the import in your WP config file > DONE
However I don’t really get these points:
- Your web host uses process watching software that prevents bulk processing on their web servers > HOW CAN I SEE IF IT DOES?
- The import uses a JSON file which is loaded from the frontend of the website, this will not work when the domain is not connected to the wordpress installation > WE WORK IN LOCAL HOST WITH WAMP SERVER 2.5

It seems to be a resources problem. Since the agency demo installs without problems. It is small compared to the main demo.
After changing the settings in php.ini, have you restarted your server to make sure all settings apply?
Since you are on WAMP, I doubt that bulk processing is prevented.
Unfortunately it is hard to say what exactly is the problem when not seeing your setup. The knowledge post we linked you to above covers the most important points already.
Maybe you have some IT pro near you who you could ask for help?

Amazing theme! Quick question:
On the blog pages, you have an option to show related posts. By default the related posts only show the “featured” image. Is there an option somewhere to also show the post title?

No currently there is no option to move the meta infor above the contents. But maybe you want to use the large alternate blog layout, where title and meta data are above the contents.
Regarding header v5: well this depends all on your setup. You can choose the sitewidth freely and you can also choose the header and logo padding in theme options to change the logo area height. So for a recommendation, we would need to see your site.

The Accent color paramter of a button shortcode is changing its text color. You can set it in theme options > shortcode stylings globally for all buttons or in every button shortcode for individual coloring.
With the Accent Hover Color you can change coloring of the mouse hovering effect.

I have 3 questions regarding issues that I am struggling to deal with:
How do I change the padding on the excerpt text of articles in grid mode layout? The text is a lot narrower than the featured image and I would like it to be the same width. http://postimg.org/image/nxkzvvk85/Second, how do I remove the space between the title of the article and the excerpt? This is slightly annoying and I would like to have it close.
Last, I cannot manage to translate the Read more button in articles and blogs. How do I get that translated. I already upload a Slovak version for the rest, everything is working fine except for the Read more button.

1 It looks like you disabled the border around the items with custom CSS. In order to decrease the padding on the text, you can use this CSS: .fusion-blog-grid .post-content-container{ padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; }
2 Give .post-content .entry-meta-details{ margin-bottom:0;} a try. Additionally you can also use: .grid-layout .post .content-sep { margin-bottom: 0;}
3 The read more should be translateable like any other string. You are using the blog shortcode on that page. So you need to make sure to translate the string inside FusionCore plugin. For more information take a look at our docs about translation: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/translations/

If you mean the FusionSlider, then self hosted videos on mobiles will just use the fallback image on mobile devices. It is not really easy to hide one slide on mobile devices, without having a time gap for slide transitions when viewing the site.

Hi,
I’m using woocoommerce for a webshop and I’ve updated Avada to the latest version, though I’m having some difficulties with images on the product pages. If I add only one image the product image is not showing: http://steeleborough.com/produkt/gymbag/

I’m not fully sure, I understtod your question correctly. Clicking on the gallery thumbs below the slider already changes the slides. But in general you can adjust the optics with custom CSS. And of course you can use all layerslider options to adjust the look and feel of the slider.
