Please double check that you’ve enabled google map in WP Admin -> Qode -> Contact Page. Next, go to your page you want to have displaying this map and set its template to Contact Page – http://screencast.com/t/P6L8zuycREn3
As for the animation, please insert Elements Animation shortcode and place some content into it – http://screencast.com/t/3LDuT2aZ

Just in order to let you know, there is a mistake with the settings of the google map. To enable zoom in the map, i had to choose “yes” to the zoom/naviagtion with the wheel setting

If you mean the Ajax page transition, then you can disable this by going to Qode Options > General and either setting the “Page transition” field to “no animation”, or changing the animation to suit your needs.

First, please double-check that you’ve enabled Header Top area in WP Admin -> Qode Options -> Header.
The social icons code you need to paste in the appropriate widget area is derived from the initial Social Icon shortcode. To have this code match your style, go to a page/post editor and choose to create a ‘test’ page. With Visual Composer create a Social Icon with all the properties you want (color, hover, link etc. ) and switch back to Classic mode. Then, copy your Social Icon shortcode that will look similar to this one: http://screencast.com/t/bAblaTel
Finally, go to your WP Admin -> Appearance -> Widgets add a text widget by drag&drop into one of the two Header Top Areas and paste this shortcode into the text widget.

I just installed this theme yesterday and spent the night working no it. Its full of glitches. VC is unstable, and many of the shortcodes are broken. In fact, I cannot access shortcodes from the backend editor or the pages. The demo shows a Testimonial section as well as a team section and parallax section features. However, non of these section or shortcodes can be found within the theme. I have reinstalled theme twice and still no luck. Any ideas on how to fix this?

You can achieve this by firstly adding the social icons shortcode to some test page and copying the shortcode. Unfortunately the Central theme does not come with the Visual Composer page builder. To get a licence key for this plugin you would have to purchase it. Please note that we haven’t tested the Central theme with Visual Composer and can’t guarantee that it will be fully compatible.
