I’m having the same problem as mailworm 2 month ago regarding the social icons… when I put the mouse over the facebook icon I get a full blue circle and no Facebook sign… any tip?
I can’t send FTP password I work on local (Mamp).

If I have edited the code in the shortcodes.php file and you update the theme, and I am not using a child theme, will I lose the adjusted code?

Kindly, Use our updated theme . We have fixed these type of issues in our updated version. Follow the below steps to update the theme.
1) Download the theme from themeforest page.
2) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
3) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
4) Go to wp-content/plugins/ through FTP.
5) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
6) Then Login to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. That’s it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

Hello, i just buy your nice template. I have a problem, i need to put a search icon in menu (with search when we clic on it) and home icon.
I add menu icon plugin (i use it befor) but there is a conflict with your mega menu, and options for icon plugin are no show. If i put another template, that’s work, so the problem is on your mega menu template.
How can i disable mega menu, or there is a fix for that ?

If you need to remove the mega menus, just remove the mega menus that you have added from Dashboard > Appearance > Menus. Also we can’t guarantee that any external plugins will work with our theme, other than the theme recommended plugins.

I just would like to know if it’s possible to use the theme with some plugin like for example “Customer area” to create a reserved area with customized content for some users (it’s not to sell something so I think woocommerce is not needed).

Hi, I use SSL, but now, the theme base of main page https://www.aranyeresseg.hu/ are downloading by http://... and it causes inability of secure theme loading and the page are falling apart. Other pages like https://www.aranyeresseg.hu/aranyer/ are loading well.

How to use the RTL for Arabic language ?

1) You can have the shop page only like this page http://wedesignthemes.com/themes/dt-soulmedic/shop/ The page contents will be inside the container div. We do not have full width option for shop page.
2) You need to edit the woocommerce plugins files for changing the title of the tabs. You can edit it from the file wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-template-functions.php line no: 974
3) You can replace the default placehold images from the file wp-content/themes/soulmedic/framework/woocommerce/index.php line no:293

I am in the process of finishing up my website and have some last adjustments I want to make.
1. On the product page I would like the 500×500 product image to not link to the file, perhaps I lightbox if possible instead.
2. I want the blue box around the product image to be removed.

Please explain what you did… The logo is definitely bigger, however it is not inline and floating to the left as I require it to be. I also have the sticky menu selected and when I scroll down part of the logo is cut off.

And in the same style sheet in line-no: 305(approx) of class name ”#main-menu” just reduce the width to 65% and add line-height to 50% as shown below:

#main-menu { line-height: 50px; width: 65%;}

I have followed your instructions and nothing is happening.
My request is really simple: The logo must display at a fixed size (400px x 71px) at all times in the main menu header and not resize if the browser is made smaller.
The reason for this is that the text below the logo is small and if made too small cannot be read!
Please suggest an alternative course of action to remedy this situation.

I have a problem with anchor links. I have a long page with lots of text, so i added anchor links to the h2 tags to easily navigate to the content. However when i click it takes me a few lines below the anchor link. Any solutions for this?

1. Contact us: Ive copied and pasted [dt_sc_address line1=”my address” line2=”my address” /] The site will only show the first word of the address. Something im missing? Below is link to see what its doing.
