If you did not import the demo content, then you have to read the documentation first to better understand how the custom templates work. 1. http://www.gt3themes.com/wordpress-themes/diamond/portfolio-grid/ it is not a gallery, it is a portfolio grid page. To do that, you have to: - create portfolio posts; - add new page and select portfolio grid custom template 2. It is a simple image portfolio post, to do that you have to select “image” post format and add the images to the slider, you will see advanced options below the standard wordpress content editor. You can disable the comments for portfolio posts in the theme options panel -> View options. That’s the only way to do that at the moment. The custom masonry portfolio template was modified in the wrong way, you can’t do that, because it disappears when you hover the image.

Yes, you can’t but not the layouts. Basically you can do any changes, but it requires the changes in the code, and the customisation is no included in the theme price.
