When you buy a theme from themeforest, you will always get a package which contains documentation, demo content file, theme file at least. It is required by themeforest and everyone have to follow it. But don’t worry, these files are arranged carefully and in the documentation, we describe about each file.

Beside, the theme has built with the most famous page builder plugin – Visual Composer. It mean you do not need to be a programer to build your site, just drag and drop elements to build your site. We also provide the demo content file, when you import it you will have a same site as our demo.

And the most important thing, there is a clear documentation with step by step guide that explains how to install and setup your site. Beside, we have a support forum and a email support system that always open to help you anytime.

I disabled a plugin called “Ultimate Under Construction” (v 1.8) and everything works fine now. The plugin was stopping WPBakery Visual Composer Plugin from working correctly. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction…

We have checked our package once again and it do contain demo-content.xml file. So, you just need to import this file.

If you do not see it in downloaded package, please download the package again from themeforest. It maybe occurred some errors when you were downloading it.

If it still not there, please mail to our support email: support@themealien.com and we will send you demo content file via email.

Each section has it own option to change background. Section is a row in visual composer.

If you want to switch between dark and light color, you can change it in Appearance > Theme Options > Styles. In the Theme Options panel, we have a custom CSS editor that allows you to enter your CSS code there. So, if you want to change background of whole site, you can use following CSS code:

body { background: #color_code url(image_url) repeat; }

Hi, The theme supports dark and light version for all pages, includes WHMCS pages. If you want to see how WHMCS pages look like in light version, you can use style switcher panel at the left side of our demo. Here is it:

Yes of Installed them from these files but they are not licensed.

We bought Revolution Slider and Visual Composer plugins from codecanyone.net and included them in theme package. We do not include licensee. If one of them release update version, we will update our theme with the newest version of plugins.

In fact, the license key does not help you anything, you can’t update plugin with it, just the buyer of plugin can update it. If we provide plugins within our theme, we will care about updating plugins for our customers. Hello, Yes, Onehost theme does not include WHMCS. It supports WHMCS with “WHMCS Bridge” plugin. It mean you have to buy WHMCS and integrate it with your Wordpress site. Our theme will care about styling pages of WHMCS.

Hello, As we wrote in the documentation, due to license of images, we have to remove images in distributed demo content and replace them with placeholers. In fact, i think you can find similar images for your website easily with Google

Hello, we found this problem come from server configuration. It is overload now. Don’t worry, it is not problem of theme. We are fixing our server and it will come back in next few hours.

Regarding your question about SEO, Onehost theme is built with HTML5 and optimized for SEO. You can create how many pages as you want with Onehost. So i think you don’t need to worry about SEO.

Our server has been fixed. You can come back and test it again. I got 91/100 score and 3s load time, without any cached or modification. So if you setup your site with Onehost and a cache plugin, i think you can get a higher score.
