I have not found instructions on installing your demo content. Usually, you simply use the import wordpress tool and the xml file. However, it fails to import the product categories and appears to stall after importing the media. It also imports the xml, it appears, from your site?

I get this in the panel:

Failed to import product_type external Failed to import product_type grouped Failed to import product_type simple Failed to import product_type variable Failed to import product_cat TEE SHIRTS

In the media imported files I get these files along with the pictures:

jamsession_demo_import.xml_.txt jamsession_demo_import.xml_1.txt

I however, do not get any posts, pages, menus, etc.

I just get some photos in the media section along with the the two files listed above. Why are there no instructions and when people ask you ask for an email?

You show that there is a maintenance page. How do we customize that page and how do we put our site into maintenance mode? I don’t see it in the manual.

Hello, great theme! This morning i sent a “support ticket” to support@smartwpress.com but without any reply may you check please? My issues: 1- the editor on wp page has a “black” background..how to see it in normal white view 2- On mobile phone the menu, once opened, goes over the logo 3 – i used the visual composer on sidebar but the theme add a frame (White) to the widget how to take it off? Also the color of text is white and background grey as like the 2 colors choose as main theme color. It is possible to diversify this box or have the opportunity to have third and fourth colors to set up? Hi. I usually send comments only when I have problems but today I take time to say that your theme is great and everything is working fine.

It’s really not that often that we install a theme and make an entire site without having to debug or adjust some code or details or patch but in that case, everything went just fine from start to finish.

Unfortunately I can’t import the demo content and really do need to.

I keep being warned:

The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

Could you give me some advice on making this possible?

Download photos

Hi Alex – again, I have created some photo albums, and one with the intention that media, agencies, event organizers and others can download hi-res versions of the photos. However, when I open the photos in the slider and right-click on a photo, the usual “Save picture as” doesn’t come up.

How can I make some or all photos be easily downloadable for the user?

Pre-Purchase questions.

1. Does the theme have the ability to change the background picture on individual pages/posts?
2. One can change EVERY COLOR ON ANYTHING? Meaning, fonts, menus, strokes, glow effect on post archives etc?
3. Is there a “light” and “dark” option or would one have to edit all colors in theme options in order to do so?
4. I’m under the impression that YOU are the entire support team? Do you have a forum or anything set up with most asked QandA’s?

I have recently purchased the theme, though I was wondering if there is any way to easily add new widget areas, such as miscellaneous, so when using the visual editor I can simply use pre-arranged widget areas? or do I need to add them manually via functions.php and widgetarea.php? Can anyone please help me? How do I get rid of the date stamp (publish date shown at each of the published item, f.x. Videos )? It’s shown in photo galleries, albums and videos. Do I need to edit the code for the template?

I am very new to WordPress. I downloaded the JamSession theme and played with it for a while, but got stuck on some issues and had some questions.
