Hi, when i buy a regular licence i can have it in 2 enviroments for the same shop: LIVE and other for a local server to TESTING?
This can be a basic question, but is the first time i buy on theme.

It’s regarding the use of the theme in firefox (not sure if it occurs in other browsers). When the browser displays the compact menu the main product image on the product page is not shown.

I used [ux_slider] instead of the classic [gallery].

Hey UX team. Awesome theme! So close to having our website finished and we have just a couple loose ends to tie up. The website is http://oceantoearthjewelry.com
1: On an iPad/iphone, when viewing in portrait mode, the menu shows 3 “Login” options. Of course, we only want one of those. The two extra ‘Logins’ below the cart should go away. See screenshot here: http://imgur.com/tA42jQA
2: During the checkout process, when viewing your cart, 3 “Proceed to Checkout” buttons appear. Same thing here, only the large one is needed. The two smaller ones need to disappear. This happens on both the mobile and desktop versions. See screenshot here: http://imgur.com/oYKx7Gu

Nice theme, i think you’ve got a problem in product page -> responsive I can’t see the image product when it’s in tablette or phone format …. just tumbnail …
Is this a bug ? cause it appear on your theforest demo.

Well as responsive theme when you reduce the windows of product page on PC, you can’t see the image product when you are in tablette or phone format.
Have a test on your demo you will see.

Hi again, it works here on Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Weird. What browser do you use?
Just upgraded to version 2.2.3 and all of my icons turned into squares and Japanese symbols will not logged in to the admin section. When logged out of the admin section they show up normally.
Icons affected are Share, Dropdown, and Search icons.
How can I fix?

I am trying to to use the device mockups plugin. I add the shortcode I assumed I would add my url in the short code

However all I get is a picture of an iphone with the url inside?
I looked at the documentation but that doesnt really tell you anything. Anyone help please

Hi there, not sure where you got that shortcode, but It’s not a part of Flatsome Try contact the author of that plugin to get help with it.
Strange when I installed Flatsome it comes up as a plugin to be installed? or I thought it did.

On my site currently the checkout button is not functioning on the product pages.
When I press “Buy Me!” – it doesn’t redirect to checkout, the cart page, and doesn’t notify the user that the cart has been updated with the product.

Press “Buy Me!” and you will see what I mean. I’m currently using the Woocommerce Direct Checkout plugin but nothing is functioning. When I disable the plugin, the same thing happens.

Woocommerce 2.3.7 – Issues? All the sudden my customizations stopped working but more so, the tabs on the single product pages no longer work so curious if it’s a woocommerce issue or something else. That was the last update i did.

I just purchased this theme and came upon 2 items: 1. How to “show” or “not show” the bubble on a product. (now it seems there is only “all with bubble” or “none with bubble”). 2. How to show categories, not as drop down list but as photos.
Both items are shown in a good way in your example pages. So I just need to know where to find it.
