The SoulMedic Page builder is buggy. Every time I update my homepage after making an adjustment, I lose the source code for an embedded video in a content field, and the elements shift around, for example I add a horizontal rule to create a border and the rule moves. This is highly annoying!

I updated my homepage with new logo images in a separate column at the bottom of the page, and when I returned to the page after the update, the src link in the embed code for the video from youtube has disappeared once again. Here are two images of what I mean:

Furthermore, if I move elements around on the page, for example I place a whitespace between two columns/rows, after updating the page I find the whitespace has moved down to the bottom of the page again. I have to edit the page again and hope that it saves after the second or third attempt.

1) You can use layer slider or revolution slider. Each slider has setting so by using slider settings you can set slider width and height.
2) By using slider metabox you can display slider in home page.

I am populating my products with featured images and have noticed that my featured image appears pixelated and does not have the hover function. Why would this be? How do I get the image to appear in clear resolution throughout?
I seemed to have solved the problem: installed thumbnail regenerate plugin, ran the script and images seem to be displaying correctly.

i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) go to wp-content/plugins/ through ftp
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. Thats it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

Kindly, Follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it. Make a backup of the theme options and copy and paste the text in that text area and keep it separate. If the theme options erase after the update, you can just place that text in the text area and get back your settings.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) Go to wp-content/plugins/ through FTP.
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. That’s it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

I created some items in the portfolio with different categories. Now, when I click on the category, it shows the pictures of the different items for this category, for example: http://www.psicoajuda.pt/portfolio_entries/psicologia-infantil/
The layout doesn’t look nice, because it only shows the picture with no description. Is it possible to change and add a short description, more similar to the blog http://www.psicoajuda.pt/category/psicologia-infantil/

I have an issue: I am wondering, why I can set and save all options in Buddha Panel, but customizing the General > Apple [...] Icons does not work.
I upload and/ or link an uploaded file and click save all, but after reloading the page, this parameters are empty again and the standard soulmedic icon appears, when I try to save the page to my home screen.

My custom image logo in the SoulMedic theme is quite wide (390×40px). On smartphone devices this logo displays too small. I hope there could be some improvement by reducing the padding or margin to the left side of the logo (so that the logo will automatically become bigger). It looks like this margin is approximately 92 pixels wide now (also in your original theme preview). Is it possible to reduce the margin to the left of the logo for smartphone devices to 10px, and if the answer is yes, where can I change it?
