I still have not gotten the Simple Weather plugin to work. We are running on PHP 5.4 and it’s constantly running fatal errors. For anyone interested in the weather plugin and having it show up can you please tell me if it has worked for you. I’ve made a support ticket but no solution yet - even with version 1.3.1 that Curly gave me. Please help! Everything else on this theme has been sweet!

Hi there, Yes you can, actually you add items to the menu and it will fit as many as possible depending on the size of your words, but still you can have less then four and more then four also. Thank you

Hello, i’ve made the update but now i have a huge problem with Blog … if i edit any post and save with image or standard it doesn’t make any saving in the website. I can’t manage to show all post entries in a nice page, one is with featured image, one doesn’t show the feature image even if i have the same setting on posts …

You have been asked this already 2 times previously, but how do we get the update for the visual composer as the key in the theme doesn’t work. According to the page that we purchased the theme it shows that visual composer is part of the theme. Also in the “not included” section all you say is no photos or videos included, so as far as I know everything on the theme page is included except some photos and video. It keeps telling me I need to update the visual composer but prevents me from doing it.
You need to answer people here, because saying you had a medical condition just sounds like more excuses to me. We paid for a premium theme and we are obligated to continued support, part of your duties as an author for Envato. Please let ALL OF US know how to update the visual composer and how to get the “key” that it needs, which should be our key we received when buying the theme.

In respect of providing a key, that would not be possible as the author of Visual Composer, only sell extended licenses, that allow us to pack the theme with it and not resell the product and licenses. Practically we authors are only allowed to include Visual Composer but not to issue any re-licenses or resell Visual Composer.
Well I just purchased yesterday and downloaded and it is NOT the latest package in the download… so what happens now? Also I’m in the customizer on WordPress and it won’t open up “Add New Image” or “Select Image” in Header Image and Background Image. What I mean is you click the button and nothing opens up for me to select a photo or anything. It just goes to nowhere. Also in customizer it won’t set the Revolution Slider. I add it and then when I go back it’s not there and nothing updates on the website. Your demo looks beautiful, but this theme is really needing some work and I’m so far dissatisfied.
P.S. – Thanks for the reply, but still didn’t answer my question on how to update the Visual Composer considering I just purchased YESTERDAY and it didn’t have the up-to-date version within the package as you say it should.

I’d like a refund. I have been finding bug after bug after bug and your lack of support is annoying. I am building a website here and have no time to be waiting for you… I will need a refund immediately or immediate support in getting the exact DEMO up. All your non-sense content has done absolutely nothing. I purchased the theme based on the demo and what it looks like - when I follow instructions there is nothing that properly works. Weather plugin not working, unable to load up the revolution slider, unable to do anything with this theme. I will be rating you 1 star, if this is not resolved by morning. There are clearly a ton of people who purchased this theme and are extremely unhappy with the theme considering the demo was very misleading.
Resolve, or refund everyone. Your choice.

I understand your problem as as mentioned please wait for Theme Forest to approve the new release, it should be out anytime and you will receive an email from Theme Forest when it will be approved. The new release will cover the following: - Upgrade Visual Composer to the latest version - Upgrade Slider Revolution to the latest version - Customizer bugs fixed - Other minor fixes
And to reply point by point here to your questions: 1. The weather plugin is a 3rd Party Plugin provided by us along with the theme and it was disabled from CodeCanyon until it will be fixed. It is fixed now and it will work in the new version. 2. What is the problem with the Slider Revolution? What can’t you set up? Please tell me at which point of the documentation you are getting encountering problems: http://docs.curlythemes.com/leisurewp/#31 3. Customizer already fixed in the new version 4. Visual Composer already updated in the new version
If you open a support ticket you can get access to instant fixes as i started closing all tickets now.

I have received the new update and I will be checking everything out. If everything checks out and finally works I will definitely change my rating to what you deserve and cancel my refund request (if I can do that) and also comment here to let others know that everything has in fact been resolved. So apparently Envato approved my refund request; however, after I downloaded the update everything is working fine now with few small exceptions… 1) weather plugin gives me error when attempting to go activate it [Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/12/8722612/html/wp-content/plugins/simple-weather/simple-weather-widget.php on line 3] that’s the error. 2) when I saw the demo a few days ago I swear it was a full screen with a little demo icon to the left of the theme where I could change colors and also make it a boxed theme or a full screen theme… now theme is boxed and I have no clue how to change it… I’d also like the demo icon to be there so that way my clients can actually change colors & do some customizations on site according to their preference. 3) at the top left on the demo you have the map icon with St. Andrews, Scotland, how do I get that? And then also since the weather plugin is not working is that the reason why I can’t get it to the right of the top bar where it is in the demo? I want to start with the demo exactly as I saw it the first day I fell in love and then just change photos, pages, etc. Please help me solve these problems, and I will use the credit Envato gave me to re-purchase the theme to continue with updates, etc. I just want to make sure this time around everything is solid. As I said the update to my previous posts for all buyers interested in this is that the theme is now working a lot smoother, the revolution slider is great, and everything but the 3 small minor issues are working great. I’m sure they will be taken care of immediately as well.
P.S. – Thanks again. Seriously need this theme to be like the demo and we are diamonds, platinum, and gold all the way. It’s beautiful. I again thank you for your help and am changing my current review to 4 stars out of 5 (even though since I got refund I can’t review or change my review - until I buy again).
P.P.S. – I have installed the theme on a fresh install of WordPress so there would be no other conflicts creating any errors or issues that are described above. Thought you might want to know

2. No, Leisure was never 100%, you can check that in Leisure HTML also, but there is a trick i can show on support an you can make it 100% with 2-3 lines of code which i will provide.
3. In the documentation http://docs.curlythemes.com/leisurewp/#67 point 4.1.1. covers exactly this aspect

The error provided is caused by an old version of PHP on your server, but i was able to make it work in older versions also and make a new release and send it to review shortly.
My client is running off of GoDaddy shared hosting with a fresh install. I cleaned out their entire previous setup of WordPress which was the problem for many of the issues I outlined in my previous comments. I do apologize for any rude comments, but I hope everyone sees that it has all been resolved. I have also re-purchased the theme and I do of course give it 5 stars and suggest that anyone interested in it do buy it. Thanks again CurlyThemes!

Same here, opened up a ticket. Lets see how long they take to reply. All my the text I use on Customize Page gets converted into URL (removing spaces and putting http in the beginning) Once I disturbed the footer.. I cannot even get social icons anymore using the same icon tags.. it just shows plain html’ish look ..
