What do your terms and conditions state about replying to support requests, the last theme I purchased the Author was taking weeks to get back to me.
We usually responds within 12-24 hours, the support is only limited on weekends. You may check the comments and our help forum.
Hi there thank for an amazing theme, we juts have a small issues on the ribbon layout when view from an iphone6, we cannot seem to scroll down through the images.

Yes just re downloaded the theme and published so were running the latest and we still have the same problem. All the other pages seem to be fine its just when running a ribbon. Thanks in advance

Great looking theme! My question. When the blog is in Fullscreen mode, I would like a thumbnail to replace the actual video in a video post. In the demo, there is a post entitled: “MONUMENT STATION OPENED”...is it possible to have a thumbnail image there rather than the actual video being playable…then, when the thumbnail or permalink is clicked the video is available to be played within the actual post? I hope that my question makes sense. Thank you for your support.

When I add the image to the team members , I use the featured image option since your instructions says nothing on how to create the team pages. I am using the simple option and the images are the same size as your demo 1920×565 which is supposed to resize automatically to a smaller height accoridng to your demo yet my images are staying at 1920×565, Can you explain how I can get the image to be 1439×397 as it looks in your demo http://www.gt3themes.com/wordpress-themes/soho/portfolio/christopher-black-about/ I tried resizing it and then uploading and it still shows the default 1920×565 thanks

1. Currently, the design is that 4 posts fit in one horizontal line. Is it possible to make each post smaller so that more than 4 posts fit in one line and eventually more posts are shown on the page?
2. Is it possible to add an excerpt from the actual blog article into each block? (similar to what you have in Oyster theme)
3. Is is possible to have a button at the end of the page to “Load More”. Currently, no matter how much you scroll down, the posts keep loading.

I do understand what the Envato Studio is. If my customer pays you for the services, then you have to resolve all the issues. If the customer needs the assistance from the author, then he must contact us directly. Please read the TF terms.

I really love this template. Easy to work with except for one thing. When you making a gallery you cant add pictures in bulk. Only one at a time. It stinks for wedding galleries with 100+ pictures. Change that and its golden.
Hello! We’ve already added the option to work with the default WordPress media, so you can select as many items as you wish. We are testing it now, so it will be included in the next theme update.
That would be awesome! If that is something you are working on now here is something else you might want to include with that update. I made the images larger in the GT3 Select Media section where you choose what you want in a gallery. http://forums.gt3themes.com/viewtopic.php?f=76&t=4513&p=21616#p21616 That helped out alot. The images are way too small to really get a grasp on what they are quickly.
There won’t be this option, you simply click add media button and the media library window popups.
So there will be no way to select lets say like 20-50 photos and add them to a gallery all at once. I have to click on each one individually and i can only see 30 at a time? When i click on The Add Image Button on a gallery the pop up has 3 options to add from computer, URL or Media library. None of these options will add bulk photos to a gallery. I would figure when you choose add from computer and the drag and drop box comes up this would be the quickest way but all that does is add to the Media library. So if i add 50 photos from a wedding and click on insert to post OR click on Save changes it only adds the images to the media library. Then i still have to click on the individually to add them to the gallery.
No, you will use the standard wordpress media library tool, select as many images as you wish.

Hello! 1. It is not missing, you can use the same template, there is a parameter to add margins. 2. Do not have any issue with the portfolio in chrome. Please be more specific. 3. Then you did something wrong. You have to use .xml export/import tool.

Soho there is no problem with chrome, sorry. it was only in the desktop computer. but with the xml. file… do you mean the import wordpress tool, or the import demo data of soho panel?

You have to download the main zip file from themeforest, there is a change_logs.txt file where you can see what was updated. Please read the documentation on how to update the theme.

Oh, and is it possible to have images in Ribbon Gallery centered when cycling through, rather than aligned to the left? In other words when I press arrows to look at photos, every next image stops aligning itself to the left side. Is it possible to have it stop in the center? I hope it makes sense.

Is there anyway you can give me an answer to my question without me having to give you access to my server and dahboard? I just purchased your theme and it’s been over an hour of me trying to install this supposedly simple one click install demo content that is still loading. after an hour. I tried it on to different servers and on is a fresh wordpress install. I need you to give me answers or possible solutions on how to fix it, I do not feel that since your claim was that the demo content is a simple click before I purchased this theme that now in order to fix it I must give you access to my server. Just email me back the solutions and I can carry them out myself. If you cannot help I want a refund .
Hello! It depends on the issue that you have. If the demo content can’t be imported there are several reasons: 1. The WordPress can’t create the uploads folder because of the permissions. In this case the media can’t be uploaded. 2. Execution time limit on the server. It can be fixed by increasing the execution time limit up to 5 mins., because it can’t download all the media (the theme has a lot of images to download) within 30 sec, please read this article, http://davidwalsh.name/increase-php-script-execution-time-limit-ini_set I recommend you to contact the hosting provider in order to do that. If you are using the shared hosting, that’s the common issue.
