Hi Thanks for This beautiful theme but there is one problem. when i have tried this theme and installed on demo site. then there the default Home page was created and was visible in Pages tab. but now when i trying to install for real site theme get install and home page get created but not visible in page tab. though i read documentation i know i can build home page by widgets but i want to edit home page in pages tab as you have codes for home pages . i want to those. i have successfully tried them in demo(trial) site so plz tell what to do to bring home page under pages tab.

Essential Grid plugin is used for the hacker to introduce javascrip that send spam. 4 websites in my server used Essential Grid to send spam
I don’t think it’s Essential Grid, check you other plugins or scripts. First time I hear about this, I also just checked any announcements on the EG page and nothing there, I’m sure ThemePunch would be on it and release an update if it were true. My mobile version doesn’t seem to be different than the desktop version. Is this compliant with Google’s changes expected on April 21st? Is there somewhere to turn on the mobile version?

Hi,
I have a category page with pagination at the bottom. When you click to the second page it shows a 404.
The url’s are: Page 1 (shows) ../category-slug/
Page 2 (404 error) ../category-slug/page/2/
How can i solve this?

Why is it so difficult to include the version as part of the download file name? Instead of themeforest-253220-udesign-responsive-wordpress-theme-wordpress_theme.zip, how about themeforest-253220-udesign276-responsive-wordpress-theme-wordpress_theme.zip so we all know what version we are actually getting?
I agree, but unfortunately I have no control over that, you could address this with Envato. Once you download that file you unzip it and inside you’ll find a folder called “Changelog” in it you’ll find version info.

Also, you no longer need to use Envato Toolkit to update the theme, the theme now offers automatic updates through the WordPress native update section. Anyhow, if you have further questions please post them to the forum.

Hi, I have the purchase code from the developer who first bought the theme for me. Shortly after I switched developers. The new programmer needs to subscribe to the support forum to finish our site. We’re just looking to access your support site. I have my own envato ID and all the theme license info, but the support registration is not working. I assume that’s because the purchase code is not associated with my user ID? Can I please have the purchase code recognized with my ID so we can get support? When do you think you’ll consider off canvas navigation for mobile, instead of the older style mobile navigation.
It’s confusing for a user when they click the drop down menu and choose an item, but the item is not selected until the user clicks the X. Normally the X would be to close the menu, not to confirm your choice. This breaks usability.
I’m keen to buy for a few clients based on your response.

Actually the theme offers two options for mobile menu, one is the standard based on “select” markup and the other one is I believe what you’re looking for, you may see a demo of it in the “TeaTime” demo of the theme: http://idesignmywebsite.com/u-design-shop/
As you can see the “X” is only used to close the menu and the ”+” to expand submenus (multi-level is supported).
