I think you shouldn’t have any problems in using that plugin. You should better ask their support and specify that we have already integrated rtMedia in our theme, and if that addon will work without issues.

For one reason or another, I need to reinstall the demo files (to start over). How can I remove/uninstall the demo files? If I would need to remove them manually from my cPanel File Manager, which files would I need to remove?

You just need to delete your wordpress post and pages, and that’s pretty all.

Facebook Login as is, does not add much value to KLEO. Everywhere else it is pretty much standard to be able to import first and last name, gender, date of birth and all photos from profile pictures. People simply expect that since its available on every single one facebook login out there, be it a dating app, or any other community site. This is one area where KLEO could use some work. Hope you guys work on this suggestion.

1. I’m trying to recreate the KLEO Pinterest demo with the hero shot, a large search field in the center, and posts below. Do you have any documentation to help set this up?
2. When I try to add an element (a wide hero shot below the header), I set the Page Attributes to “Full Width”, but when I add the image using VC, it is just centered and has white space on the right and left sides, and it is not full width…I feel like I’m missing a few steps to make the images the same width of the browser/webpage…any help in fixing this will be appreciated!

Hey, I’m using the theme in combination with woocomerce and WooZone to add products from Amazon as affiliate.
Now my problem, I have a normal wp-blog, so people follow me on twitter and Facebook to see the new posts, but it seems that every new product I add is also posted in twitter and Facebook as it would be a post. That leads to a spam of tweets and Facebook posts about products I don’t intend to social share upon posting.
Not sure if it’s connected to the theme, woocommerce or wozone, but I somehow need to deactivate the automatic social sharing of newly added products to not spam the Facebook and twitter sides with products but only show newly added posts there; and I can’t find where this comes from. Can you help? Is there something I need to deactivate in the theme or is the source of my problem one of the other plug-ins?

The issue comes from the component which does the social share, remember from where did you connected you social accounts, in which plugin, go there and you might/should have options to filter what to automatically share. If not, please contact the author of the respective plugin.

Hi again. I have a problem. Changing my buddypress menu items names this way as I saw online make the rounded counter disappear. $bp->bp_nav‘activity’ = ‘Actividad’; I also tried $bp->bp_nav‘activity’ = Actividad; Both change the name but make the counter disappear. I would apreciate if you could throw light on that. Thank you very much!
I have a page that is setup using the Visual Composer tabs. Each tab contains one macro each (protein, carb, fat). This is for my clients so they can make exchanges in their meal plans. However when it is viewed on a mobile device the page does not line up correctly, cannot be swiped laterally nor can it be pinched to zoom in/out. Is this normal due to the tabs?

Thanks for the quick response. I applied the code but it did not work. In cellphone portrait it shows the serving size and some of the food names. Everything else to the right is cut off . It also removes the tabs and puts all the information on one page. I can do a separate page for each if this is not a current option in VC yet.
After I logged out and clear my cache the tabs now show up and work properly. However the screen is still cut off and it will not slide nor pinch.

Hi , i am looking for a responsive and mobilefriendly theme and thats why i was checking your theme.
It seems that your theme will not pass the google mobile test and as you probably know any website which does not pass that Google test will loose rankings and customers when google rolls out there new algorithm at 21.04. Despite that all websites which do not pass that test will be flagged as “not mobile friendly” in the SERPS
Are you going to make your theme responsive in a way that it will pass the Google test? (dont get me wrong. I dont like the idea of beeing “brute forced” by Google, but thats sad reality)

Hi mate, the page which you tested was under some custom tests, which we were running on our live demo exactly to test some caching options and the impact in google. You can try to test any other page form our demo, like for example: http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/home-default/

You might need to make some customizations to the post format templates, there’s no out of the box option for that.

I am having some issues with the styling of the menu on mobile devices. The background-color was set to transparent so I switched that to #a10000. Now it actually displays on the devices however when hover or focused it reverts back to transparent. Below is the code I added to fix the spacing issues and also to try and correct the color, please help!

You should style the .navbar-toggle for :focus, :hover and .active states. If you can’t manage to deal with them by yourself, let me know and I’ll try to help.

I have had the code for :hover and :focus already in the custom css area. I added :active and none of them work still. Not sure why its not working so I am going to need your help please.
