I already purchased this theme and it works perfectly but I have two questions. I don’t know how to change the vertical position of the products images into horizontal. Besides, when I scroll up and down the home page the slider gets kind of stuck (goes up and down constantly).

My credit card images no longer work in the footer. I have put in the correct link and its just showing the text for the link. No matter what i try does the same thing.

REPOSTING MY QUERIES AGAIN AS I DIDNT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT

Couple of questions.

1) UX Banner Grid: Is there a way to get the UX grid banner to be of full width? I am using full width layout and planning to have the grid banner as one of the images in the Home Page Main Slider. The current design is not of full width and somehow not fitting in with rest of the images in slider. I have set up the GRID banner as a block and have added it up as one of the images in HOME PAGE SLIDER. The home page has full width 100%. But, still its showing as boxed. Is there any better way doing this?

2) Header Height: When I am trying to reduce the header height , the overall size of the logo decreases by quite a lot. Our logo is a longer one and we have increased the Logo container width to quite an extent to accommodate the logo. Is there any other way to reduce the height of the header (without changing the size of the logo)?

I’m unable to change the language of “Basket/Proceed to check out” to Arabic . Noting that the first I load the page it display in Arabic then it changes to English once the page load is done .

In my business, the product has three different prices depending on the client’s age. example: When a customer wants to buy, without changing the product page, I would like my client adds to its basket: 2 adult products, 1 product for a teenager and 1 product for a child under 5 years. I am tying to create a homepage that is a mix of the shop page and my current homepage. I was able to create the header section no problem but adding the shortcodes I needed into the “HTML Shop header” html block but there isn’t any for after the shop section. I tried adding my content I wanted for that section to the shop page content area in wordpress but then it breaks the layout of the whole page.

Can you add a “HTML Shop Footer” section to add content after the Woocommerce shop section?

If you recall.. last year you said you will add a random display of products by SKU/ID [products ids=”432,395,270,177” columns=”4”]

So that my front page will always be dynamic and fresh.. instead of editing the page manually every time.

Any idea if its on your to0do list or if there is another plugin/add-on that can do that?

Wish you can help with this. Dynamic content is important on front page.

The featured gallery page is displaying the 150px by 150px thumbnails, which makes them look blurry. How do I make it so the larger images are used? I am using the 4 column feature template.

I have Related Products formatted to “slider” and “5 per row” under Theme Options > Product Page, and it’s still only showing two related products on the product page. How do I get more to show? Am I missing something?
