Is there a fix for this after 3.8.2? cause nothing seems to be helping. even removed the avada theme, still a blank loading. page.

The ticket you saw in the screenshot has already been replied to. Have you checked your spam/junk fodler to see if the emails have been received? Each time we reply, you get an email.
According to your ticket you are on 3.8.1, not 3.8.2. our response was asking you to please update to 3.8.2.

Please download 3.8.2 and update the theme via FTP.

Hi there again..Ive tried to loggin in phph admin. Again a blank loading page.. so that means that the update damaged the databases of the domain and its subdomains! What a mess!

Is it possible to just have HOME defined as transparent header showing the fusion slider under it? I can add it to all pages via theme options but I just need it for the HOME.
I got it working, found the onpage options for the HOME.

You can do it. Edit the page and look for “Header Options” below the page content. Switch that page to transparent header.

updating to 3.8.2 when opening a page to edit, fusion builder is trying to open but nothing. I only see the time circle and half of my content is open. And also there is a problem with the Editor “to safe” is trying but nothing happen????

The latest release installs OK, but would not allow me to install the DEMO data (Classic)! Your system status page shows that all requirements are met yet I get the error message advising to reset the site. I actually did that but the problem is still there. What could be the issue now? I am using a dedicated server and have full access to all configurations!
Anybody? It is getting really frustrating… Perhaps I should move on to another theme! We literally lost 2 days because of these problems.

Just a follow up! There was NOTHING wrong with AVADA. Since I had to reinstall the server completely I did not upgrade PHP to a higher version as CENTOS uses v5.3.3 and AVADA does not like that. After the upgrade to v5.6.7 all demo data installed without a problem!

After updating to 3.8.2 and 1.7.1 when opening a page to edit, fusion builder is trying to open but nothing. I only see the time circle and half of my content is open. The first half is like transparent. It seems I can edit that half but I don’t want to mess with it. Its been 10min now and still I can see the time circle and half of my content. Any ideas. (with 3.8.1 did not had that problem) Thanks

I’m planning to use Avada Shop page but is it possible to give opportunity to add shop items (procducts) to different users?
Users can login from a page and upload images or information for products ? (Not login as wp-admin , its just kind of upload panel to database.)
I wonder using Amazing Avada as Wp theme and adding with some pages for users to login and add their own items etc. because I dont wanna add all of them …

You can use a form plugin like gravity forms or ninja forms and use a front-end upload editor to add a form that will submit as a “product” post in the backend.
That is definitely possible with Avada and thank you for considering Avada.

Thanks for the 3.8.2 update which fixed some issues
I’ve enabled the “Avada Cafe” demo, and everything matches your live demo except for the “Fusion Slider” on the “Home” page. It’s not 100% of the viewport like your live demo is (it’s more like 50% height); yet this is using the “Install Demo” option. What do I need to enable/change in order to make that demo slider on the “Home” page 100% height like your live demo? I cannot seem to find any one setting that does this. Thanks!

Sorry to have wasted your time with the first query; I did find that option soon after posting (having spent a long time looking prior to that). However, in the “Fusion Slider” options for the “Home” slider, there is a PHP error in “Fusion-Slider.php”, Line 204. This is in a clean WordPress install with only Avada’s recommended plugins and nothing else. Thanks.

The new 3.8.2 has quite alot of errors/bugs from the older version especially when looking on smartphone.
Have website online and in test mode.. Online is older version where colors are aligned both on PC and smartphones. On test website with 3.8.2 the colors do not match any more..
Header (black) is white on smart phone, and no (new) option in avada to control this element..
You also have changed alot of line height sections without control so on smart phones things jump around.
3.8.2 is not a usable upgrade for me on the websites I run this template on.. to many bugs/errors that do not accure on old version.

I can’t install demos. I followed every instruction (memory limit, execution time, turn off plugins, ...), but it keeps telling me it can’t install demo. In the forum, I’m not the only one.
