not sure what you mean by “ass some typography change option (like font size, font, etc.)” but the theme already offers a whole “Font Settings” section where you can choose from over 600 fonts and assign them to various elements like Menus, Headings, body text, etc.

Once the theme is purchased, future updates are free with that account, so the way ThemeForest.net is setup only the owner of that account can have access to the theme that was originally purchased.
Since you’re not in touch with the person that purchased the theme originally, it’s impossible to get updates for that license.
In general, it’s best for the person that owns the website to have purchased their own license of the theme, that way they will be independent of anyone maintaining their website for future updates or access to support forum since the purchase code is required to register in the support forum.

not the actual content but the layout look and feel I have provided in the support forum for those who want to replicate it. There isn’t really much content in that site, I just set up a few products. The layout, colors, and some of the images (background images, home page images, slider, etc.) are what’s interesting on that site that usually people are after and those are the ones I’ve provided

that’s odd, are you talking about the link under the “Downloads” section in your account?
I have not had anyone else report this, yet I’ve had sales since yesterday, so everything is fine I guess for other people. If this were a common issue I would think others would have said something.

The site does not seem to be optimized for mobile phones…all the videos and pics are super small and some of the wording/phone numbers are jumbled.

What are you talking about ? I thought the responsiveness of the website is dependent on the theme or structure of the website?
Do you meant that, The theme is mobile friendly but the content are not?

Of course you can have badly formatted content, the theme would NOT have control over that, ie. if you have explicitly defined your images’ width to be fixed or littered your entire page with links that are too close, they won’t pass Google’s test. I’ll be able to give you more instructions in the support forum on how to optimize your site.
I just demonstrated to you above that the theme (bonus: even with some content) is Mobile Friendly.
Anyhow, as I’ve mentioned above, support is only provided in the support forum!

First of all – The theme is Perfect !
May I ask a small question – Is it possible to add/increase space between columns? I can not find this option.
I mean not padding – I will need margin because if a column is wrapped with a border or has a background they stacked together and i see no way to separate them.

Hello. We have bought U-Design Theme for about a year now for a Travel Agency (www.gulliver.gr). It is only now that I have been involved with the website development and it seems that the flat button shortcode is not working… Check here www.gulliver.gr/test. Other shortcodes like content block shortdode I used is working. Any ideas? Thanks for your prompt reply.

you have not updated your theme in a while, you are currently running version 2.3.0 which is rather old, most likely the flat_button shortcodes were not introduces yet in it, the most current release is 2.7.7, so you might want to update your theme.

Adding fields for Meta Title and Description on page and post (something like Thesis theme) will save us from adding any nasty plugin for SEO. Any plan for that? It will be a great feature.
I could easily do that, however many people DO use great SEO plugins like WordPress SEO by Yoast and other popular ones, so I’ll be concerned of conflicts. The issue with adding these two is that it never ends there, then people will want more and more and I’m not convinced that it’s theme’s job to handle ALL SEO functionality, that’s why there are plugins for that and some really great ones in fact. Where the theme can help certainly is with the underlying page structure, H1 tags, etc… something that a plugin cannot do.

Great thoughts but ability to render the meta values by default and letting users have those two boxes will be a great idea. Sometimes a site goes overwhelmed by plugins… and most important, security concerns as we saw recently with these….

I don’t think you can pull regular pages/posts into WooCommerce, you need to create Products under the WooComm UI (Products Section) for that. For more info might want to check the WooCommerce site and documentation.
