The icons are stored in png format, so you will need to modify the graphics. You can get PSD files after purchase, the icons are included there.

1. You can add doctor search to the page searcher by modifying code a bit. The filter is by doctor categories and you can define your own categories. It can be doctors departments of course.
2. Forms can be customized in source theme files. Captcha isn’t supported by default.
3. Yes, it’s possible but required some modifications. You can find help about that on our support forum http://support.quanticalabs.com (available after purchase).

Yes, it’s possible but you’ll need to do that on your own, it’s a bit larger modification, so we can do this for you only as custom (paid) job.

It’s a sample form and you can take it as base for your customized one. You can use some captcha plugin and integrate it. Form doesn’t have build in anti spam mechanism.

Hello … I love this theme, specifically the responsive time schedule feature since my client has multiple doctors in the practice.
My question is … they have two locations and several of the doctors float between the locations with hrs at each.
Would your theme (time schedule) be able to handle it? To show who is available at what location when?
and what about two locations for the contact page??
