Hi, great theme and everyone who is doubting: get this one.
I want to ask how to put banners on the category pages. Ive seen the instructions to use the custom field ’ top content’ when editing the categroy page, but this field is missing. No such thing. Could you help me out pls?

And sorry for late reply. You need to enable the included ‘Taxonomy Metadata’ plugin for that to work.

Hi, since last updates, when I filter products by SIZE or by PRICE, results page navigation, does NOT work.
I get this type or navigation URL for product pages: MYDOMAINNAME/?post_type=product&filtering=1&filter_velicina=65#038;filtering=1&filter_velicina=65&paged=2
It does’t work.
If I type this in address bar manually it works: ?post_type=product&filtering=1&filter_velicina=65&paged=2

Hi there, try update/save your permalinks once more in wp-admin. This is a problem with WooCommerce and not the theme.
I tried updating and saving permalinks. Does not help. Any other suggestions ?

Hm, I have no other themes than flatsome, I tried now with Twenty Fifteen just now but it gets messed up, and I need to setup widgets probably ? I need to test that on localhost.
Here’s solution i found on http://www.radevic.com it WORKS. Put this into template’s functions.php :

Hi you use a number of class styles on the demo pages, is there a list of these anywhere, also a list of the animations for the sliders. it would make life much easier without having to trawl through the style sheets to find the class names.

Thanks for the reply, but is there a way to change transitions between the slides, at the moment they only slide from left to right, are there other transitions?
Having investigated this I can see from previous post that it is not possible, which seems a shame for such a good theme to just offer a basic transition. Perhaps something you can work on for the future eh… (Perhaps a few tips from the guys at Dinamix). or if you could add the revolution slider then this would make this theme even more awesome. Keep up the good work.
Hi again, the slider plugin we use don’t have ‘fade’ transition. It’s a touch slider so the slider respond to touching and dragging.
Has anyone else had trouble designing banners and sliders to look good on both desktop and mobile? The images aren’t resized, rather they’re cropped on the mobile view. This means that when I design a banner image, the subject of the image has to be relatively small and in the center to display properly in the normal mobile orientation.
This causes a problem because we are trying to sell a relatively small physical product. It’s difficult to create an image that will look right on both platforms.
Any tips of suggestions on this? Thank you!

Running into an issue with Gravity Forms. All of a sudden it was “deactivated” automatically and I’m getting 2 errors:
“The plugin Gravity Forms + Custom Post Types requires Gravity Forms to be installed. Please download the latest version of Gravity Forms and try again.” I’ve already installed it, and it’s activated (I’m on a multisite)
Then it says: “The plugin gravityforms/gravityforms.php has been deactivated due to an error: The plugin does not have a valid header.” Oddly, the plugin is activated, but the forms don’t exist and I can’t access any gravity forms.
The only option I’ve see so far is to purchase and download then reinstall Gravity Forms, but I thought it came with the theme? Correct me if I’m wrong!

After the most recent WooCommerce update, there are now 3 different “Proceed to Checkout” buttons on the cart page.

Hi there, seems like you have a problem with a plugin. Flatsome should work perfect with WooCommerce 2.3.8. Is your site online so I could test it quickly?

You will find that it will not let you select anything other than the default shipping option from the cart page. In addition, if you try to select a different shipping option, it will show a second, redundant, “proceed to checkout” button.
I’m not sure which of our plugins would be causing such a conflict. I would appreciate any sort of insight!

I see this in system status after upgrade:
flatsome/woocommerce/cart/cart.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.8
Please advise.

Hi,
When I have the search (magnification glass) on the right of the main menu (I think this is the most common position) and the browser window is not very wide, the box opens too far on the right and is partially outside the browser window and is therefore not visible. Is there any way to fix this?
Also, I had already posted that there is no way to close an opened drop down menu on the iPad – normally one would expect this to happen when I tap besides the drop down.
It would be very nice to have those two fixed. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I’m having an issue with the theme. Can you help me please.
When I click add UX Banner it brings up the popup box as it should do for me to choose all the options I want. But for some reason it wont let me click on Select Image. I can manually type the link in after i’ve added the banner code but I don’t want to have to do this every time. Is there a fix for this issue so I can just click select image and it auto generates the link?

It should be that latest version. I downloaded it yesterday and installed it. When can i find the new version?
