Hello ; I installed it, buy the theme. I’m having some problems. Can I ask my question here ? 1- View / Customize section of the theme can not see all the adjustments. But there are sections in the theme options .
2 gave a few add-ons error during installation. Mailpoet Newsletters , Redux Framework (need to translate the theme option labels) and Yith WooCommerce Wishlist .
3. In particular home version 1 i liked it very much . But somehow it did not turn make my site

I want to disable the variable product price range.
Now usually looks like $100-$159.
How can i remove variable product price ( in product single page )?
100$(regular price) - 150$(variable product price) ---> Just show $100Help me~

I’m using SSL-mode for checkout and my-account pages only, other pages are non-ssl. When using SSL, the custom logo image is being disppeared.

Hi, Before change the theme name, please backup db and source files. Please export theme options in Theme Options > Import & Export. After change the theme name, you should import again theme options. You can’t change the slug from product-category to category. The slug name of post categories is category. We added this tooltip for our demo sites. You should customize.

Hope you to understand that this is different with Porto Multi Purpose theme that you purchased. The original Porto wordpress theme was removed due to lack customer support, and this is Porto eCommerce version.

Hello, I have a question about price filter widget. We insert prices without VAT but showing them with VAT for the customers. However that means price filter slider is filtering prices without VAT, which is not good as its not clear then. Is it possible to filter prices including VAT?
And also, we using LocoTranslate, but we can not find footer contact widget there (address, opening hours, etc/) Where can we translate that? Thank you.
I updated those plugins as you said, however I still have not idea where to search for these things to translate…its not showing it in any folder.

You should create and edit the master slider as Full Screen slider. When edit the page, you should select “Banner Type” to “Master Slider” and select “Master Slider” to a created master slider. You should select “Banner Position” to “Below Header”. Please configure these options and check.

Looking to buy this theme today. Quick question before purchase. How easy is it to disable the e-commerce/cart capability. Will probably use it at a later time, but not initially. Also, is it easy to manipulate the header? Would like to remove search and add phone numbers for desktop and mobile. Preferably a phone icon for mobile. Please let me know. Great work by the way. Hi There, got a few questions for a client who wants to know how to change the nav arrows in breadcrumbs section so it says “Prev” & “Next” inbetween the arrows? Also, on his homepage he has product carousels (porto woocomerce) currently, when you hover over the image the add to cart button changes colour, which makes it look like customers are adding the item to their cart rather than viewing product. How can this be changed so that the add to cart button only changes colour when you hover over add to cart button and not the actual images?

Hi, You can disable “Show Prev/Next Product” in Theme Options > Woocommerce > Product. You should edit the product as simple product. Regards.

I can’t get footer 3 to show up as per the example. All the footers are the same.
Footer 3 have 2 widgets. First widget charge 9 columns and second widget charge 3 columns in bootstrap grid system. You can add porto block widget in Footer Widget 1. You can create and edit a new block like example.
OK, I get that, but when I go to switch to footer 3, I still get the same footer displayed to me. It doesn’t change to the new format like the headers do.
You should add the widgets in footer widget 1 and footer widget 2(only 2 widget areas).
We will add more blocks in next release.
