For this example: lightbox with coupon for 10% – does the coupon get automatically sent to the user in your sample, or do we need to integrate a plugin to get those coupons to auto send to the individuals who sign up?

You need to integrate a plugin to Ninja Forms. Ninja Forms only gather the data form the customers.

Naturally I don’t expect that you are, however your theme does suggest that this functionality is included from the demo. Don’t worry about it, I’ve found a mega simple solution for this, that doesn’t even involve an extension to be installed. Good luck selling your theme.

Hi, I just got my Flastsome theme and I’m happy but I have a bug in my products page , products are always aligned to the right , if I sélcetionne Meem “centered” DNAS the template page . If I change the header preset, it does not change . I’m WordPress 4.1.3 and toilet Version: 2.3.8 . thank you

Currently Updated WP 4.2. As I tried other header style. I found out that the search bar on some preset header was missing. I double check and make sure to tick also show the search bar, Unfortunately it wont come out. Likewise was also observing that you have to choose the header twice and save it twice before it will take effect. Am I missing something? Thanks.

What browser do you use? Should be possible to only click a preset and then it will automatically load and save that preset.

Having some issues with the css for the social icons. I can’t seem to change the hover color. I realise that this is customisation, but honestly I would ordinarily be able to sort this pretty easily. Not sure why I can’t get it sorted?
I’ve tried: .social-icons .icon, .yith-wcwl-share li a:hover{ color:#000!important } but it changes the color of the icon, not the hover…
I’ve tried several swap outs via the browser and can’t work it out at all – please can you help?
I’m seeing icon icon_instagram tip-top tooltipstered here – can you please let me know how I can apply a change to the hover color on this?

Hi there, that’s an icon font. The same icon font that we use for all UI icons on Flatsome. Changing it requires custom development in header.php.
You do know you have to be using wp_enqueue instead of @import in child theme.

Hi Guys, why is it that I can only display 3 products or three categories on the main shop page, I have searched high and low for the answer even tried adding a Woocommerce plugin that adds the additional features to the display settings, which allows you to increase the number of products in a row. But somewhere this is being over written. I also tried changing the theme function PHP, but still I cant add any more than THREE!!! products to a row on the main shop page. I can do it on a blank page with a BLOCK but not on the default shop page,. This is currently driving me nuts as I would like to display more than THREE!!! products or categories in a row PLEASE HELP!!!

STOP!!! Finally found the answer, but I see that you hid it in the setting on the CATEGORY PAGE SETTINGS, you monkeys… For any one looking for the answer if you scroll down the setting on the THEME OPTIONS/Category Page you will see that you can increase the number of products per row which will also change the product page… Panic over thanks I worked for that one… Until next time Thanks again for a great theme..
PS are we good to go to upgrade to 4.2 without any problems..?

I have two Cart Totals sections and three Checkout buttons on my cart page. It makes it look very confusing.

Hi there sorry for late reply. You could try activate a product sidebar to get the image smaller. The theme was designed for that image size.
Have you setup the correct image sizes and re-generated the images? Look at step 1.4 here: http://uxthemes.helpscoutdocs.com/article/44-1-1-install-theme
